Hi all upcoming applicants to canadian immigration, be careful, dont waste ur precious time, dont waste ur money spending a lot of pappers, dont build up good hopes, dont see dream of ur life in canada,

because cic is not serious, they are playing with innocent people, they are spending money of people around the world to keep their economy strengthen, and after long they will give you a lolly pop of refusal on baseless ground. Then you will come to know that how much selfish they are.

There are lot of example of innocent applicant who were right canadidate but they had to face this situation, they have lost their time, money, opportunities and many things etc.

So you all guys be careful, dont apply to canada
 
this is old news, everyone knows Canada immigration is all about the business of using us to make their economy stronger, and that it has been easier for cheaters to get immigration and live on welfare, and I have seen a lot of cheaters froma all nationalities here around me in Canada living on welfare while working under the table, and it has been very hard for honest people like me and most of you guys to immigrate, you know why? because cheaters know how to fill their forms in a way that convinces officers that they are the right stuff. It is like embellishing your resume while seekign a job.
 
thanks for your advice....but maybe not all have this motive of cheating.
 
WELL THIS IS NOT TRUE. AN ECONOMY IS NOT BUILT ON VISA FEES. RATHER THESE DAYS CANADIAN IMMIGRATION HAS BECOME VERY STRICT. IF A VISA OFFICER HAS A SLIGHTEST OF DOUBT HE/SHE WOULD NOT AWARD POINTS. ON THE OTHER HAND I HAVE MYSELF SEEN MANY PAKISTANIS GOING EASILY THROUGH THESE HURDLES. IT DEPENDS ON MANY FACTORS THOUGH. THANKS

I feel sorry for your situation, but everyone need to understand the rules and the way system works... if one is not getting the things in their own way its baseless to blame the system. I was refused thrice (F1) visa 4 US.... But still i believe the way they functions. I lived in other asian country they are having very easy norms and procedure compare to the western countries. Its us who are applying to countries which may bring better future for us and pointing fingers on the system if its not favoring us. So please take the positives from all those wait and move on further in the life ladder..... Life still ON..

But now-a-days they are sending blindly to every one they dont care about applicant's time and resourses lost during this process. They are giving any chance to applicant to prove himself. If they are fair and it is not preplanned then why they have not given the right to applicant to clear their confusion.

Thinks about it. If a applicant is right and genuine and he made a mistake or visa officer has some confision to understand his case; so it is need to be get clear form applicant.

What do you say now?
 
Visa is not a right but a privilege which can be denied, with or without prejudice.

I can understand Fazeel that u finding it tough to deal with the situation ........but be strong and accept it.....maybe thats how god has written ur script........

Mistake is a cost which the person has to pay (any form).

Had ur case been accepted, u would have not created this thread.

Accept the fact and get going on in life. Canada is not the final destination in life.

My opinion is:
Canada is a new discovered land and they are building their country based on immigrants ..
Canada used to be easy and accepting everyone ... But now and after the enouromos number of applicants each year ... They are trying to filter as much as they could between people ...
On the other hand, I think this is not fair for a lot, and the new rules of returning 300.000 applications to the people is not right (including the new applications' procedures). After all, these people put money, time, efforts and lives to persue their dreams ..
I could understand if Canada took the desicion of forbidding new people from applying to the canadian immigration between I don't know, let's say 2012 + 2013 ... I think this could be better and fair enough to finish all the old applications, and this is the way how advanced countries should deal with things ..

Dear Fazeel,
Its Hard to say that a country will run an immgration scam, whereas it is always made sure that the immigrants benefit from the system and only the right candidate get through, I accpt that some genuine candidates will have to bear the consequences.
But a Visa officer can only cancel the applcation without an interview If he finds that :-
a) you do not meet the required points.
b) your paperwork has no been done properly.
c) security background checks.
d) you do not meet the required level of experience Or if you applied under the wrong NOC code.
e) medical grounds.

I am sure you must be knowing this other than this if there is any other reason for Refusal of Visa they will always mentions and give you a timeframe to reply to them. I have read a case wherein a software engineer from the armed forces had to wait for 12 years to get his right to permanently reside because of unorganised nature of the immigration Bureau. There can be a lot of reason for Refusal even if the candidate is Genuine.

SO If you think that your application has been misjudged you can always reapply or move to higher authorities and FIGHT for it.

Nobody is forcing anybody to do the process its your own choice...CSE CAPIS GCM notes has helped applicant to know about their application status...i feel bad for applicant who get the refusal letter especially pre 2008 applicant all my empathy to those and best of luck to those to have to start new process for PR....And also to the forum member who get reject due to NOC mismatch...(SAKI DEVA), But mate its your choice and you have to be ready to take the consequences and aftermath after the process...
But this is not the end you can have a good start many opportunity will soon be knocking,

i think its the time each visa office takes to process an application thats frustrating. The system or method by which they process the application is still a mystery. Is it "First come First Serve"? Is it according to alphabetical order? etc.... and there are also so many unanswered questions like why is there a backlog? why do they ask for more immigrants when they dont even have time to process the existing applicants who have been waiting for years? who can answer all these questions???? well, what else can applicants do....wait, wait, wait......! :'( :'( :'( :'(
