Dear All
I have got a PCC from Malaysia 8 months back and left the country and now working in India and plan to apply for Immigration. My question is Whether I need to get another PCC from malaysia as it was stated somewhere in the CIC informations, or else the old PCC one from Malaysia and New one from India is enough................. Please help me what I should do ???

Hi farhan,
I need to get 2reference letter as i had worked at 2different stores. Should the reference by 2employer be same or different format.
Can a person studying fulltime have a fulltime job.this isnt problem in india but would this create problem in immigration
Well buddy, as far having reference letter from 2 employer on two different format is not a problem as long as both are covering their requirements. Regarding your second point, really I don't have any idea - but I just feel that a person with full-time study abroad cannot be involved in full-time job - that's what my logic tells....

same feelings. credentials assessment doesn't happen to be a mandatory thing right this year. I also feel that they're not gonna change points grid this year. Any up-date from PEBC?

Has any body started to fill out the forms.......I suggest you all should start filling out the forms from now as there are 5 to 9 forms (depending upon your family members), may take long time....

I'm starting to fill-out from tomorrow.... just for practice and to be familiar with their questions....

Hi. I'm reposting to a different Subject. I apologize for the redundancy.

I have an IELTS result dated July 29, 2010. If the IELTS is valid for 2 years at the time of submission, by the time my file reaches the CIO it may be expired already, alsthough at the time of submission(July 1, 2012) it is still valid. . I will take the next available english test on July 31, 2012.

Is there any chance I can still submit on July 1, 2012 and use my old English test with an explanation letter and proof that the updated English test will follow?

Hello,

Mine is August 30, 2010....question is the same..if CIC will accept the result...

Also, my consultant said that IELTS score should now be Listening: 7.5, Reading: 7, Speaking: 7 and Writing: 7. If you go lower, application will be rejected. Is this true?

Not confirmed yet, as it is no where up-dated.

I think if the new proposed point based system come into affect then their will be some alteration in IELTS points as per band score....as per the occupation demand NOC... For Eg : Doctors, Researchers and scientist will have to score high band for the points but Via versa for plumbers and heavy equipment loader them to score points they can do it by low score of IELTS compare to other NOCS. Till date no news have come up may be they will reset the Global cap with the same NOCS....

Warm Regards,

As they write in their website, PCC must not be older than 3 months at time of application. I suggest you to have current dated one - only my idea.
