All the PNPs for 2016 !!!

Hello all,

As we all know that It is bit tough to get ITA without job offer or PNP programs. Job offer is also a bit tricky part. So, mostly we can try in PNP programs.
I am creating this thread to get the summary of PNPs for 2015 and coming 2016 without job offer.
Like...

1. Manitoba do not require job offer but requires relatives
2. Ontario do not require job offer but requires 400+ points
etc...

Any other updates you may know... We can discuss it over here !

thanks for your good intentions because it is good we face the reality about no job offer and other factor, we should start harnessing channels through the provinces to make our 2016 eventful. please don't hesitate to drop latest info. Saskatchewan also have without job offer programs; international skilled workers Express Entry and Occupation-in-demand . (open to correction please)

Yes Nick!! Your views have always been helpful.. As you had suggested in some other thread, I am trying to keep my account in OASIS ready for submission and submit it as soon as the cap is open... Hope everything goes well... Thanks again!!

That would be a good approach, because there would be application storm as soon as the CAP would open.
It would likely fill up in less than a day.
Last year it was opened on 2nd January, 2015 (for SINP) and as I remembered, it was filled in few hours.

Thank you for making this topic. PNPs for 2016. I just created my EE profile and there is only 355 number. I want to apply for provincial nomination because I have no job offer. I marked Calgary , AB in my EE profile. Can anyone guide me what is the guideline to apply provincial nomination for Calgary or step by step guide from scratch to end.

This would be really great help.

You can mark "All Provinces & Territories" instead of a specific one.
