But worth giving the new one a shot so they recognise the urgency.

Thanks! this was very helpful, seems like RROC isn't a dead office after allHey guys, I'm new here, but on the same boat as you.
Here's my timeline:
AOR: May 25, 2023
All Passed: June 28, 2023
PVO: RROC
No COPR, No PPR yet, but I have good news as well. I know someone who has gotten his COPR issued by RROC. I just wanted to register here and let you guys know. Here's his timeline:
AOR: October 10, 2022
All Passed: June 15, 2023
COPR: June 15, 2023
Hope it helps since I had heard RROC hasn't issued COPR since May 15th.

Thanks for your reply How do I do that if I’m outlanderContact local MP. Thats your best shot.
First call IRCC and find out which is your primary and secondary Visa office. Ask them, if you file is at primary or secondary visa office. If it is still at Primary visa office (in canada) then search the local MP of your visa office location on internet and email him your case and problem. If the file is at secondary visa office (which is in your country of residence) than either try to call them or raise webform to secondary visa office or contact MP for this too. Thanks for your reply How do I do that if I’m outlander
