It took us 3 days they re opened our file and they requested medical, police clearance and forms 3 days later
Did u have a lawyer?
They reopened the file quite fast for us too. Im wondering if there is a correlation.
I had a lawyer but his job was just to win the case I haven't talked to him since we won our appeal
we had a lawyer and it took them 1 year to reopen our file.

i dont know man .. my file reopen over 3 months now in mexico but they haven't send out anything to me....
Man.. these people have coal instead of a heart. They dont get humans are behind these files..
i dont think they have heart and feelings...
if they were in our shoes they wont have like these feelings
