Our file was reopened today and we received medical request.
Yes. I was surprised when my husband told me. We both looked at the document to make sure it really was medical.
I also have to say the new tracker and ecas were not up to date. It said our file was closed still
Oh congrats. That’s new beginning for appeal cases to reopen quick. Did you also receive PCC and Schedule request?

Received appeal records and was told IAD decided to see this case as ADR: end of nov
Received notice to appear: dec 8th
ADR: Feb 1st 2022
Re medical: feb 9th 2022
