How long it's take for IAD to make a decisions? Is it really 60 days?

Hello ,
Does anyone know how do we get to know hearing schedule , just to attend the hearing and understand what happens.
please share. I tried calling IAD to know the schedule in Alberta..but could not get through. any thoughts.

Hi. My husband got refused in Accra in may. We,are using a lawyer now. I filed the appeal end of may. Got appeal confirmation. My lawyer said they ll send us "the blue book " in 120 days of filing appeal. So we are waiting for it. I dont think you need to pay for anything. My lawyer said they ll send the blue book . So we,are waiting

Finally my wife received our blue book yesterday and I was a bit surprised to see that the officer wrote a wrong date for my wedding date.... she asked and I said 21st but she wrote down 24th. That really got me off balance and how could she have made such an awful mistake ? Well we are on to the next level now , we won't give up until we get what we deserve which is to be together as one happy family under the same roof in our house in Montreal. Just tot I should let u know that we finally got our blue book and the gcms note yesterday.

Our ADR was on Aug 26th but received Decision letter on Sept 10th. No more updates since then. How many people are waiting for forms request.
