Good day to everybody passing through this difficult path just to be with their loved ones,just need to ask and find out of anybody on here is going through what am going through at the moment. Went for an interview in Accra,got refused and my wife put in the notice of appeal some few days after we received the refusal email, after some few days it was acknowledged that she puts in an appeal on behalf of our case. Now we decided to order our gcms note but it's been over 3 months and we never heard anything.... to be precise we had actually ordered for the gcms note on two different occasions paying the $5 asking price to receive it but still we didn't see anything. This is pretty frustrating and I just need to know if anybody on here is experiencing this same problem that we are facing..... will be looking forward to a positive response from any member of this group,thanks in anticipation.

Hi. My husband got refused in Accra in may. We,are using a lawyer now. I filed the appeal end of may. Got appeal confirmation. My lawyer said they ll send us "the blue book " in 120 days of filing appeal. So we are waiting for it. I dont think you need to pay for anything. My lawyer said they ll send the blue book . So we,are waiting

How many of us are stuck in Security Check after approval of appeal?

Our appeal was allowed by ADR September 2017. My husband didn't get his PR until March 2019. Unfortunately he was in a long security.

I don’t know I kept my lawyer from my appeal case so he is the one who do everything if immgartion request any documents I will just send the lawyer what they ask for and he will send it to them

Thanks to ALLAH ALMIGHTY Finally everything done
apply for spousal sponsorship on January 2017
File rejected after interview on January 2018
Apply for appeal on January 218
Got full hearing date on 27 September 2018 win appeal on the spot
File reopen on January 18 2019 and receive documents request from Ottawa
Documents submitted on 27 January 2019
So on 31 July receive pre arrival letter and background check start 1st August got passport request and submitted on 3rd August and receive back with stamp visa on 6th August
