Congratulations.. how long was it from when you filed the appeal to your hearing... how many months

We filed our appeal June 2016, it's been a long journey. But Allah was with us all the way on our journey. I had a 7 hour hearing and was in tears.

I start mine in 2015 and wait from January 2017 to September 201 . Get update in December 27, 2018.
File transfer towards end January 2019, March 2019 pre-arrival, April 2019 documents request then till now still waiting .

That was quite a journey though.... so the whole journey started in 2015 if am not mistaken right ? Well the most important thing right now is that u are gradually getting to the tail end of the journey on a positive note,which I believe is the most important thing for u and your family. I pray that God will perfect the remaining part of the journey and in a blink of an eye u will be reunited with your fam.

More good news! Got COPR today and passport delivered to visa office today.

Denied - March 2017
Full Hearing Date - December 2018 (won appeal after 1 hour)
Request for Updated Forms - February 15th 2019
ARC letter and fees requested - March 30th, 2019
Pre-Arrival - March 30th
COPR and PPR - June 27th, 2019.


I sent went inquiry after 60 days with no response after ARC submitted and got response on web inquiry with COPR letter attached.

This forum has good to me and succeeded with no lawyer. I pray good news for everyone else.

your timeline very close to mine. You should send web inquiry asking for update because GCKey not reliable since you are an appeal applicant outside of regular processing timeline. That's what I write and was surprised to see PPR attached on response back. Nothing has been updated in my GCKey since uploaded document request. I hope you hear soon.

Hello, could you tell me what Visa office you sent the ARC application to? Did you require ARC for deportation only or criminality?

We are also waiting for a month. My wife was deported due to failed refugee claim and overstayed.

It was a deportation order. ARC granted usually tak 2 to 3 months from what i see to be approved. My visa office was Kingston, JA

But people have submitted ARC within this forum for more than 6 months and they haven't heard anything. I am not sure if it is different by each Visa office or our luck?

Win full hearing on 27 September 2018 then receive documents request from Ottawa on January 18 2019 submitted all documents on 27 January 2019 after that file stuck three four months in Ottawa and then send at to London visa office now no news pray for us who still stuck in this process after appeal allowed

please contact your mp its really slow its almost 10 month finished , usulay after won appeal its took another 6 month for ppr
BTW we won our appeal last 25th and now waiting for pcc medical scha request

I contact in April they says your file is now transfer to London visa office for further processing
