I received ARC request March and submitted right away. I am still waiting on any confirmation of the status. I myself am wondering if anyone on here also had ARC requests and the timeframe of how long it takes to get answer.

Can you share your timelines? We won our appeal in September 2018. We were asked for Medical and Police Clearance in February. It's just over 2 months, they haven't asked for any ARC. My spouse got deported too from Canada. If they want the ARC application, why haven't they requested already. They just asked for Medical and Police Clearance only in February.

ARC is an authorization to return to Canada. They have to grant you permission of you are coming back after a deportation order was previously issued.

Timeline similar to yours. Won appeal December got request for new medical and police record February and got asked for ARC letter and fees March 29th. Which we paid and submitted March 30th. Now waiting.

How long does it take for the Visa Office to receive your application after winning your Alternative Dispute Resolution? My visa office is Warsaw. It has been 2 months and half and the visa office is saying they still have not received it. When I contacted my MP, they said they received it March 1st. Now, Iam very concerned why my MP said March 1st and this week my VO is saying they have not received my application. What is the normal time that they should receive my application. Please let me know guys. We are close to the last stage and I am just so frustrated with the wait period. Especially when I am getting 2 different information. Makes me worried.

It takes around 2 months.. There is a chance that they have received it, but it's in queue to be reviewed by an officer. This happens often for files that are being reopened. Soon, you will receive requests for new medical police check abd updated forms. After that,they will begin your background check. You still have a few more months to go I'm afraid. Keep your head up.

In my case I have passed the medical before refusal and criminality about to start then the refusal came and eligibility and criminality cancelled. March 26 I got pre-arrival notice and April 11 I received email for updated forms, schedule A, additional family information and police report which I sent via VFS Global and till now they have not updated me and the visa office Ghana if the forms delivered since 15/4/2019. I have email Accra many times no response. It got me worrying and in the instructions they say they will open file again in 30 days which ll be 11/5/2019 and dont know what to expect.

my hearing was February 7, and I received the letter from Judge Marco 7, speaking that I won the hearing, and to this day I received nothing from the government, asking for my husband's passport and medical examination, this week I received a letter from the government from the canada that my daughter's daycare came out, I think I'll have to go and my husband stay to wait for his papers.

Can u please describe ur experience of hearing at court, as i have to face in next couple of months.

Yes but your medical is only valid for 12 months which means by the time all this finish you may need to do another one. If you have already sent in the new forms then they are probably writing on your bgc which is why they need the new police and schedule a. Bgc take the longest. Can be a few weeks or a few months.
