Hello guys!

How long does it take for the Visa Office to receive your application after winning your Alternative Dispute Resolution? My visa office is Warsaw. It has been 2 months and half and the visa office is saying they still have not received it. When I contacted my MP, they said they received it March 1st. Now, Iam very concerned why my MP said March 1st and this week my VO is saying they have not received my application. What is the normal time that they should receive my application. Please let me know guys. We are close to the last stage and I am just so frustrated with the wait period. Especially when I am getting 2 different information. Makes me worried.

If you work in government, that's most likely why your application is taking a bit longer. Dint stress, I'm sure you will hear something soon and if you have any questions message me at any time

Thanks a lot. Its a crown corporation. I have provided three years tax return, pay stubs, letter from Human Resources and boss stating my salary, position, year of salaries. They need to understand that by not giving spouse visa means I have to leave this country coz of their wrong decision. Also looking into the background and supporting documents one can understand if its legit or not. I am praying to God that I hear positive results soon and hopefully everyone is successful to stay with their loved ones here.

This is the update I got this morning from tracking...
Visa application, tracking ID No. ****************** is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, ACCRA .To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website.
I also livechat with their rep still can't say its delivered.
Maybe I am too fast or so

I received ARC request March and submitted right away. I am still waiting on any confirmation of the status. I myself am wondering if anyone on here also had ARC requests and the timeframe of how long it takes to get answer.

ARC requested on October 5. Send all the documents on 26th November BGC started 30 November and 10th December I was asked to send them $1500 for removal fee when I was deported I did it same day after that I asked them status they send me emails in February 13 they are processing my background check and when it’s finished they will contact me I won my appeal on July 17th 2018 I thought in couple of month this will be over but I was wrong still waiting for this unjust system to be finished I am December 2013 application for spousal sponsorship!!!!!!!

Oh wow. ECAS did not work for me so I had to create an account through GCKEY and link. Well hopefully you hear something soon. But I'm sure they received it. Perhaps you should send a query through webform.

Oh wow. That's a really long time. They should make appeal files a priority. I hope I hear soon on the ARC. I am assuming most ARC requests are granted for spousal sponsorship?

I think @shalenabennie gave you the best answer she could. No one knows how long. BGC is last step before passport request usually. Some ppl it is very quick others take at least a year. I have been in BGC since February.
