ALL SPOUSE APPEAL CASES COME HERE AND JOIN US PLZ

My file was sent to Ottawa and 6 days later, it was sent to Havana. We received our medical request and updated forms. They asked for the Schedule A to include a history since September 1997. Has anyone else had to provide more background information than the normal 10 years? I feel like this is a Cuba thing, but want to confirm.

I don't know....I honestly can't give all my addresses for the last 20 years -to the month. If I were asked to, it would take me a week to figure them all out (and google street view to get house numbers). Do they call every single job and call every house over the last 20 years to confirm?

Additionally, they said to "submit" documents. Does this mean we have to hand deliver them, upload them on the Embassy Webform or send to Mississauga? Any thoughts?

On the request letter, it should say near the bottom how to send them. I uploaded through GCKey. They had no issues. As far ad the addresses I had the same issue. I put whatever addresses I remembered and if I couldn't remember the exact address, I just put the area and city with the appropriate dates. As for jobs, I was told they don't call at all, although the do have the right if the feel the need to do so. Just complete it to the best of your abilities. 20 fricking years,? that's all you can do.

3- An original and updated Police Certificate issued by “Consultoría Jurídica Internacional” legalized by MINREX: the contract and the receipt must also be attached.


Applicant must be medically examined with our forms that will be sent to you by email. The forms may also be picked up any Tuesday or Thursday at 1:30 p.m.

So because they are requesting the original police, I would just send all forms by courier with a tracking number. You can't link you application to gckey?

(8.) Next in applicant personal info panel fillCITY AND COUNTRY OF BIRTH, DO NOT FILL IN ANY PASSPORT INFORMATION. AGAIN WRITE ON THE SAME FORMAT (CAPITALISED FIRST LETTER OF YOUR CITY) AND PUT A SPACE AFTERWARDS
(9) Select Province and town you intend to live in (as on your IMM0008) and select current marital Status.
(10) Finally select 2 as the number of family members AND AGAIN ADD A SPACE AT THE END.
(11) Once you fill all information, Click on Search for my application
(12) Your application will be found and can be linked.
(13) You can get real time updates on your paper application online.

No no I'm being serious. It takes between 2 and 3 months from Winning the appeal for document request so you should be getting right away
