After winning our appeal, London sent our file to Ss. Can take up to 2 years for clearance. Really really upset right now!

I have applied for sponsorship for my spouse in July 2018 but to date, I did not receive AOR. Is it common?

I recieve email from my mp.
Dear Ahmed - I spoke to IRCC regarding your application received Jan 10, 2017.
It was refused Jan 19, 2018 and re-opened Sept 4, 2018.
The standard processing time of 12 months does not apply in this non-routine file.
Sponsor and applicant eligibility has been met.
Security checks were initiated Oct 23, 2018 and are in progress. They cannot be expedited and timelines are not available.
Criminality has not started.
Medicals are valid until Oct 12, 2019.
Ok it’s a standard email from cic immigration so it’s means BGC are start InshALLAH very soon you hear good news until to January

PR application denied— april 2018
appeal allowed— june 25,2018
new medical and fees—august 9,2018
shchedule A and updated forms —sept 5,2018.
we sent the requested docx— sept 20 2018
our MP told us that they check my file october 20 and due date is 30-60 days from the last check. so most likely i will get the finality of this process in january i assume.. is anybody here with the same case from manila VO?i would like to know your timeline also.

Hello everyone.
I just got a full hearing date scheduled for January 2019. I am very anxious and nervous. For the hearing, will my lawyer do most of the talking or will they be asking directly questions to me? Will they question my spouse in front of me or in another room? Any advice you can give me on what the expect at the hearing, that would be great. Thank you.

Im sponsoring my wife from vietnam. Got denied April 2018. I hired a lawyer for appeal right away. Lawyer sent appeal notice to immigration appeal division the same month of April. June 2018, immigration sent a letter saying that they have received our appeal notice. October my lawyer received files with all the details why our has been denied. Since then, no news. I went to seek help from mp. Still, the mp does not get any informations further. Call my lawyer very 2-3 weeks to get updates, still nothing. I called immigration division to get some news. All they can tell is our case is still under decision wether it will go for adr or full hearing. Its been 7 months im waiting since. The waiting time start killing my patience.
Can anybody tell how long do i have to wait more longer?
