You just have to review the Blue book, write out concerns that the Visa officer made on the note and you will address each concerns. Also make sure you add any other information or documents that might help you to e successfully. That was what I did.

Great! Thanks for your advice. Did you do this on your own or did you hire a lawyer/consultant?

After submitting this, how long after did you receive a response from them? Did they schedule you for ADR or an Oral hearing?

I did all by myself.

Well,my Appeal was dismissed after almost 3yrs of this crazy journey. It was stated that my marriage is not genuine that l just had an expensive wedding in order for hubby to gain access to enter Canada. Well my marriage is real but l blif in God that everything happens for a reason after all the documents, testimonies...Life goes on as l don't know what else to do than to go back home to enjoy my husband.
Good luck to everyone.....
what were the concerns stated in your bluebook?

It is really unfortunate to hear that your appeal is dismmised. It will be a good idea to go back, enjoy life with your husband and reapply in 2-3 years to build up more evidence. Stay strong my friend and good luck !

Yes you have to send pcc and updated forms to the email they provided. I guess that way they are trying to do things faster..good for us anyway

Quick Question for you helpful and lovely people. So I have been in Jamaica now for about 3 1/2 months with my husband. My presence is being requested by Immigration because they wanna do a conference with me. I have evidence to submit such as videos. how would i submit that to them? would a usb stick do?

Hi guys i have a question. Can your mp call the embassy where your case was treated so they can send the appeal book faster???? Because logically there must be a way to receive it before 120 days???
I emailed the embassy and they replied they didn't get the request yet. I believed them, the request comes from Canada. If I recall when I did receive the blue book, it was November 10, 2015, the bluebook had November 5 on its scanned pages. So the visa office appear to be fast. It's the appeal board and/or CSBA that are slow.

I submitted videos and additional pictures on a usb stick for my adr and it was accepted no problem. Do they want evidence submitted in advance? I don't think they accept it the same day, for my adr they would not.

this is not a ADR. I had that last year November and the witch said she wants a full hearing. So they sent me a letter in the mail saying they want to hold a conference to give me a date for the full hearing so to bring any new evidence i have and name and such of witnesses.
