Hi guys
I have an important question about refusal notes.
In the refusal notes where the Visa Officer mention about why she refused our case.
Should we focus on that paragraph where she wrote those refusal objection or whole interview section as well where she arise questions as well.
For example
In my Interview section i talk with the Visa Officer very fast and she wrote it over there that i memorize everything as it is my natural tune. Here to clarify about this point. We will together give explanation but that point is in Interview section not in that Paragraph where visa officer wrote all those refusal objection which lead our case toward the refusal.
Kindly waiting for your precious advice so we will explain them everything to send our update if we get ADR inshah ALLAH.

Hi, for my appeal RO asked to review everything in the final decision note plus interview note and give disclosure on them. You have to focus on everything from interview and then on. Hope this helps.

If the reason mentioned by you is the main cause of rejection, then this case is really very simple.
You should be given an ADR, and you will be through.

Hi.
I think a good couple years is a minimum. Keep gathering all the evidences. When your life with your husband has significant changes, such as having babies and such, will be a big plus.
Its only targetting and play the lives with people they are rejaected even have baby

hi, Happy to know u have got an adr chance.
now what u need to do 1st is read ur blue book very carefully and point out each and every concerns of the immigration officer. write down all concerns. And try to make ready all answers of those concerns. Concerns are the various reasons u were refused for. Try to address all concerns because u and ur spouse know each and every single details of ur application. Discus with ur spouse, give lot more time on it. We did like this, we wrote letter to the immigration officer. Me and my wife individually and in the letter we discus our full story first then we address each and every single concerns of our blue book. We also give some reference letters from our parents, friends and relatives who attained our marriage.
We hired a lawyer, she did a good job. She attach a lot of photos of our wedding and other photos from her visit. All air ticket copy, money receipt of western union, travel documents and hotel bill copy, we went for 3 days together. Our joint bank account document and account and bank statement. And more then a thousand copy of SKYPE AND VIBER chat transcripts. prepare ur self , best of luck.
U have really solid relation and plenty of proof with each other why they refuse ur case....
