My husband submitted Ufone records his telephone long distance provider with all our phone calls during our May interview and was told they were not acceptable and the interviewer dismissed them and said it looked like excel work.
we brought our more then one year phone history since we submit our file to CPC but during the interview the interviewer were not ready to accept that phone history and mention it,s look like just a excel sheet work and there is no any official stamp. and that reason become on our refusal.

Wow, doesn't surprise me. The VO who interviewed my husband didn't even touch 70 pages of skype&messenger! 2 yrs of good, randomly spaced conversations. Well, perhaps your husband can get a printout of the bill and paid receipt. For my Sask tel, I make copies of original bills. Has all calls and texts. For Bell, I was able to go online and print off the pages I wanted. Can your husband do that. Because if it's evidence that wasn't submitted you can resubmit it for adr or appeal. Sorry I just see now that you are both replying. Hello Mr & Mrs Chuahdary. Sorry you were refused

thank you Ms. maryL. i personally went to the my cell phone company office and speak to them and apply for my phone history and they issue 90 days record and then again i request them about they can make print one year or minimum six month history and then they told a way to make print of my all phone history i make print those and took that with me on interview and the interviewer just return to me and said it,s look like a excel sheet work there is no any stamp on it and not look authentic.
he concern on different thing during interview but every thing reached end by the phone history.

My husband is from morocco. Apparently I'm not allowed to marry a younger man, of a different religion. We had a vo who probably looked at the application. Saw ages and was going to refuse no matter what. My husband answer all questions she ask. But lied in her French notes. Even tho we ask for English. Interview was English. We answer to her refusal reasons after a 2yr wait. I live in Saskatchewan and it's long. We take a mere 2 hours of both our testimony. And new evidence. And we win. It's very possible. I would suggest you read back a yr or two on this thread to gain a great perspective of what we all been through. How we overcome our refusals.

We too are in the same predicament . Please can you tell me was your husband allowed to be present during the appeal? Did you hire a lawyer . So far we have not hired we did everything on our own in our case. But wonder now if we should hire a lawyer.

No my husband needed a visa to visit or move here. But we called him for his testimony. He answered our lawyers questions, then both the ministers counsel & CBSA also asked questions & cross examined both of us. We were told we won same time. I had a lawyer since day one. Not that I am rich, I may have done a better job on my own. But wanted it done right. He had an excellent winning record. Mind you most ppl win.
Ppl on here usually recommend ordering your GCMS notes first before hiring a lawyer. If you have a case where you can fix what went wrong more easily, some ppl reapply. We weighed it to reapply or appeal. People here more open minded though. But in Saskatchewan it's 2 yrs to appeal. And of course a few months more to finish processing.

You mean to say that Our Lawyer should be looking into Blue book deeply and guiding us, what documents/evidence to be submitted and how to encounter VO's Concerns.
Sorry is blue book the same like 'discloser'?

No, the blue book is a copy of your file.
Disclosure is any new evidence being brought to appeal. New evidence or proof is sent in about 30 days before. After that window of chance gone, you cannot present any new evidence at appeal.

Hi
on ECAS status visible medical received .

It means they receive medical online or on the basis of courier receipt that they received.

Confusion arise because we send our documents ( background declaration, photo, PCC, medical receipt) in June.

More than 1 month passed then we request to MP and MP confirm that Delhi office did not received courier yet.
But courier tracking status shown delivered in next day.

Please help or suggest....

Wait. You appealed when? After you appeal you should receive a one or two page letter saying they received your appeal and wait for further instructions. This comes from the IAD office for.your wife's region.
The Blue Book is your file that is photocopied/scanned. In it is all of what you submitted, the visa officers notes. They BB comes anywhere from 2 to 4 months. In the meantime. Get your wife to order GCMS you do this online. They are 5 dollars. In 30 days you receive notes that the visa officer made. Sam notes come in bb. Only when you order them they come sooner than BB. I think what you got was a letter from IAD.
