I am December, 2015 applicant. I got refusal letter with reasons mentioned below. If someone can guide me what to reply. they have given 30 days timeline to explain the concerns of immigration officer.
This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada as a member of the Family Class.
I have reviewed your application and all of the documents you submitted in support of it. It appears that you may not meet the requirements for immigration to Canada.
The Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations state, in section:
R 4. (1) For the purposes of these Regulations, a foreign national shall not be considered a spouse, a common-law partner or a conjugal partner of a person if the marriage, common-law partnership or conjugal partnership
(a) was entered into primarily for the purpose of acquiring any status or privilege under the Act; or
(b) is not genuine.
You do not appear to meet these requirements because I have concerns with the arrangement of this marriage when your sponsor was only 17 years old. I have also noted the age difference between you and your sponsor. You are not listed on the birth certificate for your sponsor’s child born in Canada on October, 2016, which appears unusual. You have numerous family members in Canada and I am concerned that acquiring status in Canada is the primary motivation for your application.
