My husband and I filed appeal on March 25th 2016, and our full hearing date is January 13th 2017. Our hearing will be held in Vancouver. Our lawyer told us he had called IAD a few times to rush them an earlier hearing date, he told IAD my husband and I both suffering from depression and anxiety and which is true. But I am not sure if it really worked to get an earlier hearing date because my timeline is kinda normal, I know a friend in this forum similar to my timeline got a hearing date on Dec. 16 2016 in Vancouver as well, almost 1 month earlier than us. I think it doesn't harm to call IAD to ask and beg them though. Best luck to you!

Hi I can understand your situation and worries but I dnt get y you want to call IAD as u already going for your hearing on January 13 2017 as u said so what u gonna beg for just hv patience and start preparing yourself and your spouse for the heating as you hv only few days left for your hearing I wish you win the appeal then you ll be okay. Gud luck.

Thank you jaycee4sweet, I think you misunderstood my words. I meant before we got the hearing date, our lawyer called IAD a few times to rush them for an earlier date. I also said I am not sure if my lawyer's phone calls did work, but if I don't have a lawyer, I would have called to ask and beg IAD. I don't care to beg, as long as this whole process ends faster and I can be with my husband living without fear and agony. We are well prepared with our lawyer's help, and he is very confident, and us as well. Will update soon. The best for you too.

Dear all,

I Need some help.

Today i received a letter from canada federal court that my appeal is allowed but they only mentioned visa officer must continue to process the application. Our case is from Delhi.

We don't have any representative!

My question is -

Will CIC will contact me directly now for further process or I have to contact them?
My online login ID is not working

Hi it is better to mail it as they don't want you to hand in the passport so it's better to mail it. Gud luck
