I won my appeal in july 2015 same months file got transferred to new delhi office
August they request for medical
Sept got medical done
October 19 they received my medical
After that no update
Still waiting for passport request.
Anyone else got passport request fron new delhi office with same timeline

That is too long. I would submit a Case Specific Enquiry to the New Delhi office. They will get back to you within a month. Also, a number of others have gone to their MPs for clarification.

My lawyer already did couple of enquiries but no reply should i try 1 from my end?
Can't go to MP as my wife is currently with me and my son in india and they said we have to go in and sign a consent to make a MP enquiry.
Really getting frustrated after all these years i don't know these visa officers should try to understand how hard times we face just to satisfy their doubt which wasted our precious 5 years and still on..
I am hoping they gonna soon ask for passport request but just wondering will to change the online status right away when they send mail to my lawyer?

Sorry to hear your saga, we are same boat my friend, we applied in Jan 2012, and got refusal after 4 years of wait and making us wait further more.

In your case, they would not reply to you as you have your lawyer as your representative. It seems that they are still trying to take their frustration by delaying the process.

I just heard that CIC Canada is working towards family reunification pretty fast, started 01 Mar 2016.

It is heart warming to see that our government now cares about us and does not automatically assume our spouses are criminals trying enter the country.

Hopefully we can all forget the horrible treatment we received from the Harper government. That man was destroying our culture.

I had my interview back in January 2016 and this interview took 3 hour's the reason of interview is me and my wife didn't look comfortable in marriage photos
by the end of my interview she said I will keep working on your file but it will not take so long
last month I applied for notes which I received yesterday and in the notes she accepted that our relations is genuine and now we are looking comfortable ease and happy in the recent pictures
she has one concern that this is my first marriage cos one of my relative made a complaint about second marriage which is false
they sended me letter to send them my old passport all pages copy
can u guys please coment on this meter I am so worried

Hello Arif,

I don't think they take such complaints that seriously, and they understand the factor of jealousy, which often prompt people to do such stupid acts.
If the VO agreed and accepted your application, it's just the matter of time, as they must be conducting some background checks.

It's been more than 20 months and he didn't hear back from IAD after submitting appeal (Yes they got Blue Book).

His case is from Vancouver. They tried to call Vancouver appeal Office {1- (604) 666-5946} but whenever they tried to call them on that number nobody answered.

They are going through really hard time. Please help them. . .

My questions are. . .

1. Is there any other number for Vancouver?
2. How much is the waiting time in Vancouver?
3. What they should do in this situation?

20 months is a very long time for Vancouver. We had the ADR only 5 months after submitted appeal and full hearing 2 months later.

That is the same phone number I used. I can't remember exactly how I got through but I think I bypassed all the options and spoke to the receptionist.
