also one of the forms that need to be resend is background declaration. you have to state there i think which countries you lived in before. i dont believe its possible to hide it and can cause more problems in the future. but if you had a visa issued before they can find that out easily. by living in a country they mean 6 months or more. that information would have also been submitted with the original application i think.

ok.....we got our decision on the Nov. 2 but got the letter on the 11th.......so from what you saying hopefully i will get my request after christmas

I am march 2014 applicant and in process since October 2014..according to atip notes that I hv received in June 2015 everything is passed except at that time security column was blank and they give me confirmation about medical in July that is passed that I hv sent without request...now I did case specificc inquiry in Sept and they give me reply in November..u r file in quqe for scheduling interview..I don't know what happend I hv applied notes few days back to know is there any red calf or something on file..now my question is that some people told me inquiries to ndvo leads to interview.or delaying the processing..any suggestions or views plz..is this possible what do you think...??and they mentioned in reply don't request us for earlier scheduleding of interview.I am going to complete 20 months after file reached at new Delhi..my question is that is MP can do anything...I am in horrible situation..don't know what to do next..

Thanks for the information. Its been 14 days since Nov 24 but no response in junk neither in post. Very tense i am. according to u i shud go for police certificate and take medical date. u got letter after 18 days and was it thru by mail or email . How did u manage to go under medical examination within the deadline

You have to wait for the letter. It was on the mail box in the letter you will fine all de information that they are requested (every case is different) and the forms for the PR and for medical and police with out those forms you can't do anything.

Hey wifey0210......I did my police record and medical already without them requesting ottawa requestion them.....but i hear that they give a medical for to be fill out by the doctor...i ask the doctor that did my medical if i get the form if i can bring it back to him and he told me yes i can and he will fill it out for me and i have not collected my police record as yet so im just waiting to hear from ottawa for everything....i will sure send in everything to ottawa or any where they want me to send with 2-3 days of the request...

Do you really need a lawyer for the appeal process? The cost of a lawyer is very high between 5k to 10k! What is the process of ADR mediation? Can the issues be solved between the lawyer and IAD prior to the mediation?
