hello guys, i am in position of preparing the evidence am still waiting my date please any buddy specially senior members whom already finished this stage,what should we include our documents secondly after getting the blue book then how long i have to wait again to get my date.

we waited about 2 months after the blue book for the appeal date which was about another 2 months later. that is in vancouver. as far as what to include...anything you can think of that will help you dispute the objections the vo made in the notes. that is anything to prove the continuity and integrity of your relationship. but dont put any thing that you already submitted.

Hello can any one help me out here
we had applied for parents sponsorship in November 2007
File trf in may 2012
After which back ground check for 3 year
now interview in July
and still waiting vo told u will get email but 4 months has passed
no email any idea that if file is approved or rejected
can any one tell estimated time to refuse after interview
how much maximum time they can take to make decisions
and one more thing if vo want to refuse will they keep passport or give back at thr time of interview

Hey marcus.......the blue book is the file the cic has on you. It something like the gcms notes with way more information. it will tell you all the concern that visa office has about your file which can be bad or good.....I hope this help you out

You are very welcome ajarupan .........Yes it very sad to hear that someone lost there appeal....they have to do what they have to do which it go to the extreme..i know how Yousef feel because the day of our full hearing the minister counsel say that she did not believe that our relationship was genuine at all....It look like a billion pound just drop on me and my heart just explode. but im glad the judge did not made his dission the same time with the minister counsel...but the minister counsel called our lawyer to talk about our case and she change her postion on our case and that happen on the next day after our full hearing....when i got the news that she changer her position i just for joy and was like a chicken with his head cut off....the first two word that came out of my month was THANK GOD....so now im waiting to hear from ottawa for my medical and police record and update form...cic told my wife that they sent my files to ottawa 10 days ago so just waiting like everyone else..

Your story same like mines. Officer gave such bad that we should be rejected. Final judgement, judge felt bad.

Thank God, but I feel bad for yousef and his wife.z

As far I can guess We have appealed in June 2014 and we got our Blue book in August 2014 and then Last month when we called the IAD and "Tom Gasper" said the wait time in Toronto is 18 months and and when We asked him when can we aspect our hearing date, He replied somewhere in Feb 2016 as its going to be our 18 months time period.

So what I think the 18 months time period start when you gets your Blue book Not when you file your appeal.

I maybe wrong but Thats what I can think right now based on IAD information.

and one more thing is it necesssary for them to keep
passport if they want to refuse or they give back passport after interview

yes i do feel so bad for yousef because i would love everyone to win there appeal after waiting so long to get the hearing date and actual going to the appeal hearing.....I dont know what these immigration officer are thinking and what going through there brains. just should remember that everyone are human so they should not stop anyone that is enlove with each other...a person have to make there own mistake and learn from that..... i talk to a few ppl on this forum from other thread and their spouse get through without even going for any interview and get there visa and one the spouse reach to canada they marriage break up in less than 3 months....and we hear with our genuine relationship have to suffer because of this visa officer....

Hey Marcus how are you doing......you can say that the waiting time for hearing is 2 years for toronto or 24 months... let me give you my timeline and you can work off that for you hearing if it is in toronto. This should give you an idea of how long it takes for appeal in toronto but it can also take long than that too.

Jan-2012 ........ Sponsorship Application submit
Submit medical & police record with application

Sept 17,2013 ....... Interview

Nov 14, 2013 ....... Got refusal letter

Nov 21, 2013 ....... File for Appeal

March-2014........ Got Bluebook

July-2015 ....... Got Hearing Date

Oct 14, 2015 ...... Full Hearing in Toronto

Oct 16, 2015 ...... Minister Councel Change Her Postion
We Won Our Appeal

Nov. 2, 2015 ...... Judge Made His Decision
Appeal Allowed

They never take your passport if its a refusal
