Shortly, I am going to have IAD full hearing on August 2015. My head is spinning. Does anyone know IAD hearing is a pass or fail case? After long years of wait crazy life. Anyone having hearing or ADR in August? Good luck !

Was denied ... Going for full appeal! They want to talk with hubby, they believe I am genuine but not sure of him....! My husband saved my life after we were married I became deathly ill and he paid all hospital expenses and surgery to save me because my insurance was screwed up. He nursed me back to health fed me bathed me and dressed me and assisted me in every way. He prayed none stop for me.... I'm not done with this and I'm not giving up. Now I must wait another year for appeal date. Have lost money canceling my trip to Dubai to be with hubby for an ADR that was useless!!!!! He asked stupid questions like what his wife's job is.... HELLO we don't talk about his ex!!!!!! What relation is that to our marriage... Asked about sex asked about religion asked about our family's.... Said my notes and files better then most lawyers so there ya have it in nutshell!!!! They are messed in head!!! Good luck everyone wishing you the best!!! I'm off to Dubai in few days to be with my hubby for few weeks.

My god !! How can they say he doesn't love you if he took care of you! I am so sorry to hear the outcome! Now I am afraid. What city was your ADR in?

You are posting in thread for people who were denied and are appealing, what country are you from? There is a relevant thread for most countries. "In process" status is a very good thing though, probably won't be long now.

my application was denied. we won case in hearing last year. my file in NDVO.

Kistehsia am sorry to hear that. Sounds like you had a messed up adr. My lawyer in saskatchewan has told me that ADRs do not usually have the outcome ppl want. Wish he could be proved wrong. We are going for full hearing.
I expected more professionalism from the IAD member. That's terrible Kistehsia.

Held in Calgary (225 Manning Rd NE) July 30 at 10:30 AM with a Dispute Resolution Officer from IAD Vancouver and Minister's Counsel from CBSA Calgary.

I will leave more details later for those who are preparing.

We're not done yet but one step closer!!
