Hi guys, I'm sooooo happy,i got email this morning from CIC to do medical, ppr,pics and envelope to return my passport amd documents, also to pay right of permanent resident fee,keep the faith amd keep on praying guys,your turn will surely come,after 5 plus years,our turn has come.thanks guys for all the support.

We applied for permanent residence in 2009,got refused 2010,they took one year to send refusal letter, they said they were checking to see if my divorce from first husband was real,then we applied for appeal late 2011, got date for Sept 2013, lawyer backed out on us,had to get a different lawyer,appeal schedule again for Jan 2014, didn't finish full hearing in half day,reschedule for April 02, finish amd gave the answer we won same time, got request for docs sept,sent docs Oct 8th,now request for the final sets of documents and passport.

OMG, this is a sad and a long wait story. Thanks to God everything went good. Hate these immigration officers. They give everyone hassle wait and let the real criminals escape. They'll only understand if same thing happens to their own life.

No, nit everyone goes to MP, you only go to MP if a long time has passed and you didn't hear from from them,you have to give some time and they will start sending you requested documents to finish your processing to issue your visa, when did you win ur appeal?
I won my appeal April 02, 2014, was asked for documents Aug, 2014, but got the letter in Sept, and sent docs in Oct, one month later I was asked again for final sets if documents. Goodluck

Did you receive email and mail (with postal envelop to put your passport in) both at your back home address?
