dear normally the MP can ask something from CIC once then again after 3 months about the same case from CIC, my husband's MP also had told him the same once when he asked. but in the beginning, after MP called only the CIC started the processing our file

Yeah Gango is waiting..the same answer we received from MP too.. i was lil disappointed when i read this....tht i cant ask them again before 3 months. :'( :'(

I got the refusal letter from Hongkong today, cc to me. but my hubby has not received yet. The reason they refused my hubby's application is that they did not receive the required additional documents by 9/11, but my hubby did not did not receive it until 9/25. An appeal form has been sent to me, I would appreciate if soemone can give me some tips n what do I need to appeal? Any tips will be helpful.

My MP's assistant has been trying to contact CIC, but no reply. What a red tape!
