hi everyone, I've sponsored my husband but sad to say he was denied and removed to sponsor due to a wrong information regarding he's first married that never stated to the application form, so immigration officer refused him, and when i got my pr card, the officer who interview me said that he will never be sponsored in the future.
here is my question right now, once he filed a annulment or separation paper are everything is going through and finally divorce, and we plan to get married again, there is a possibility to sponsor him again? actually we have already a child more than 2 years old. pls help me regarding this matter, I'm seeking your advice. thank you.

Unfortunately no, as soon as CIC slaps the misrepresentation label on someone, it's the kiss of death. There's no way to get around the misrepresentation, unless you can prove CIC made an error, but that's not the case here.

There's nothing you can do now that can turn things around. I'm afraid your husband will have to apply to immigrate here on his own. Tell him to take a skilled trade, preferably an electrician or plumber, get a couple years experience, then apply as skilled worker. The good news is CIC just announced that they are introducing some sort of new skilled worker visa stream for January 2015, this will allow skilled workers to get PR in just 6 months rather than the average of 2 years. He should consider that, as Canada has a huge skilled trade shortage, especially in Alberta, and if he takes such an occupation, he will get PR rather quickly.

It's not the end of the world. I think you should talk to him about the skilled trade option and ask him what he thinks. I have many Filipino co-workers working as electricians.

Here is the link to the news story about CIC planning to give skilled workers faster processing, this was 3 days ago:

On what grounds would you attempt to appeal? Did the visa officer make a mistake in law? You provided the details in the other thread.
If your husband didn't complete his sentence, he would remain inadmissible until he does, and enough time has passed after completing it.

Thanks everyone!! What a relief! :D

It seems that if you're file is re-opened in Ottawa, that it takes about 3 months time after they send out the request for updated IMM, Medical and Police check.

Good luck everyone! I hope you don't have to wait much longer!! :)
