4- what is blue book and what is the difference between blue book and GCMS notes?

1- you have to appeal within 30 days. it means you better apply your appeal before 1st of January 2014.
2- you dont need to submit all the evidences with your appeal application. but you have to submit them after you get your blue book. but why dont you have your proves with you? didnt you keep originals with you? you had to send only the certified copies to the CIC & should keep the originals of your proves with you. they wont give you the documents which you have already submitted with your PR application to the CIC till they finish your process of your application.
3-4- if you need to see about your husband's interview, you can order the GCMS \ ATIP notes. but i have heard the blue book is all which you have already submitted & its like the GCMS \ ATIP notes. if you order ATIP notes, its easy to order online by the sponsor or by any canadian citizen & have to pay only $5.
dont worry try to collect more evidences to prove that your relationship is genuine. & copy them & make enough proves to show that your relationship is genuine. thats all you can do for now
all the best.... good luck....

]]

yes so its a news to me that they can reject any time they want. They took 28 months to reject my case and they also asked us to do medical for no reason.

I have read somewhere that if VO wrote on your refusal letter that applicant knew little about the sponsor - This type of case will surely go to full hearing. Can anyone please tell me if this is true? Did any one had similar situation? Thanks

If you go to a fulling hearing and lose than yes your husband or wife can never enter Canada thats why my lawyer wants to try doing the sponsorship again to get more proofs by going back if they deny this time than we will be ready for full hearing

if there is only 1 or 2 issues they may give you a adr if not than it will go to full hearing they will send you the notes they did me i never ask them they just mailed mine to me it has all the things the vo said but aloso things she did not say or i mean things my husband talked about she left out

The IRB member said that you won the appeal after 2hrs of questioning.

We were in Vancouver office but our hearing took place in Winnipeg and it was full hearing and it took 2yrs for the date. Since my wife lives in Winnipeg and there you can't get ADR in that region. If someone needs a good consultant please let me know. I will provide you the details of the consultant we had. He worked for the IRB office for 10yrs and has got lot of experience.
