If one have ADR in toronto then what is the decision Time any idea. And if decision is in our favour how long does it take to get VISA

But its been ,ore than that, is there any time limit that they have to give decision within or can they take year

hi my friends my refusal was under section 11(1) and section 16(1) (I have send the divorce order instead of divorce certificate). so i believe that i may get an ADR. so any suggestions?
And also is there anybody who is in the second marriage, let me know whether your divorce certificate number is included in your current marriage certificate or not plzzz reply thnx

Hey noureddine, dont worry u 'll get a positive positive decision, hope fr the best, what type of questions they hv asked u? how much time they had taken? And have they called your spouse for cross checking...? :-[

Just one question. When we put fwd our points in ADR do we need to refere to the Canadian Immigration law for everthing thing. Like in court lawyer refers to law no of particular country in any case so in that context i am asking. Cause we have not hired lawyer for ADR. So asking if any body know it.

Thnx

Definately with the discreation of the IAD people. In situations like these one should think positive and pray for the best. I wrote IAD letters requesting An ADR also provided them with new information to show that our marriage in genuine and continuing. I am praying and hoping things will work out for us. If it goes to a full hearing we are still preparing ourselves for that time as well.

does anyone know a good lawyer in edmonton?

Hi everyone,

I had applied for appeal back in Aug 2012. I received the "blue book", with all details of the interview in Feb 2013. I haven't heard from the IRB since. Just wondering if anyone is in a similar situation or knows how much time it takes to hear whether there will be a ADR or full hearing.

Also as i was reading everyone's post i understand a letter can be sent to the IRB in requesting an ADR. What must be sent, and how.

I do have a immigration consultant assisting me in my appeal, but just wanted to know if anyone could share their experience.

Thanks
