Mine spousal sponsorship app has been refused and my hubbie filed Appeal. He received Blue Book around 10 days ago. Please advise how long will it take after this and what is the next step.??

Did you have an interview in New Delhi before the file was rejected? What were the reasons? Did Decision Made show up in Ecas?

Yea I had interview on Feb 11, 2013. The refusal letter says "marriage not genuine". I have no idea why they did so. Do u have any idea when will hear from appeal division.? Its already been 20 days since we have received Blue Book. When will Appeal Division call me?? My case is in Vancouver. For me, its very hard to stay without my hubbie.... Sad and Depressed

you will hear shortly in abt 1 month for them if its ADR. and ADR will be scheduled 3-4 months from now.. this time lines are for Toronto(For my case).. Just cover all the concerns they have mention in notes and try collecting all proof and facts of your relationship.. every minute details will help your cause.. First chats, mails greeting cards.. gift everything...

here is case

me and my ex husband came here in canada together as skilled worker i was dependent spouse on application after landing here we dont have kids with 10 years relationship he gave me divorce within 5 month after landing
after 3 year i got marriage to another guy i have kid with that person i applied immigration for my husband and vo refuse under section 117 and said divorce been effective after marriage so your husband is not a member of family class

what option i have? what can i do?
its best to get remarry with same person and file appeal
who many chances to win appeal
please i need expert advice as i am so upset

I just received a call today that I will be going to full hearing and they will call me in September to schedule in either November or early December. Does anyone know if you find out the results at the full hearing? If not when do you find out and then what is the process after that? I have appealed in Vancouver.

I have received appeal file ( blue file) after 3 and half months after filed and appeal. im in toronto office.
now its almost 2 month since i got that file and nothing for date of adr or full hearing...waiting

My name is Mohammed. I am working as Designer in Canada.I applied CEC ON 22nd June 2013 still waiting for AOR.

I am from India and I want to get married to my relative's daughter in pakistan. As everybody know how tough is India Pakistan visa can i do Phone Marriage as phone marriage is legal in pakistan and add my GF in CEC?By doing phone marriage my gf will get marriage certificate and they will send it here to sign it and then she can apply for new passport with my name.

I donot know how to proceed.I am thinking if i get my PR and want to sponser her waiting time is 24 months may be more.I donot want to wait as we already being engaged from 3 years.

So please tell me its TOUGH to prove Phone marriage authantic or not. I know peaple who did phone marriage from pakistan to sponser their wife to canada.

My story is a bit different. I was in Canada from lat 3 years. I went there as student and got Work Permit after that. I met my spouse there and we are in love since then. after dating each other for almost 1.5 years we planned to get married. So we came on India in Feb 2012 and got married and went back on May 2012. In JUne we lodged our case outside Canada (biggest mistake that our consultant did). Then in Feb 2013 I was called for interview and they refused my case saying not genuine. As far as mails or greeting are concerned, we dont have anything like that. As we were together and we used to meet every single day. So, we never exchanged my mails etc. Presently I dont have any visa and am in India from last 6 months,away from my love. Its the most depressing time of my life that we both are going through. Stay apart from ur partner is not less than any trauma.

I would appreciate u guys if u would help me to fast track my case. I wana go to my hubbie. He is very lonely there.
