Have had appeal trail today, 8 hours of misery, then , set up 2nd day for September

Same happened with us. 1st Full hiring was on 30 April and 2nd was 12 July 2019.
Now waiting for the decision.

but our case heard only one day but we waited one month to get our decision letter.

I had my re-medical done on 16th of May 2019 and submitted updated forms etc on 20th of May and since then hasn't heard anything back. But every case is different, so hopefully you’ll hear something pretty soon.

I was requested to do ARC, it got approved in June14, Medical redo June 24. check Ecase, there is no updates, even I can't find if the medical result received.

Actually I called cic on 2nd of July and was told that my application was sent for Security Check on 12th June and there is no time limit for its completion. They are processing my file in Mississauga case processing center.

There was a couple from China who won their appeal case last year in july, husband had filed a refugee claim before in Canada and was deported, not until recently the husband got his copr in June this year. Chances that you will need to go through extensive security check is high if you need an ARC and it usually takes around 4-6 months to complete for hkvo.

Hello Melicia, we submitted the RCMP Clearance, ARC processing fee of $400 and removal fee of $1,500 a month ago. We can't log in to GCKEY. So we don't know how else do we get confirmation. Could you share your timeline for ARC and what's your Visa office?

For how many years? Like two years is strong proof?
We had our Full Hiring. They never give us any decision on the spot. Even we send them 5 Appeal books. Like a tons of proof. Pictures, communication, tickets and boarding passes, letter from family and friends, parent letter to support our marriage, 3rd Anniversary Party we did it and we send like 300 pages of picture, gift and financial support, Insurance where my wife add me beneficiary, share property.
Kindly advice me.

Ours still shows that too. We won our appeal June 24,2019, we haven't received the official letter yet. I dont even know where our file is. The judge said shes sending it the fastest way.

Our Judge also said she can send decision letter within two weeks . however we got our decision letter after one month from date of hearing

hello friends I am submit the medical and police certificate also form just update medical in GCKEY medical passed and else no update last night I call to my lawyer he said now your papers checking then they send you email .

I can only speak about the cases that are from HKVO (Chinese origin), their extensive security check usually take around 4-6 months to complete. I do not know how long it will take for other visa offices.

Security check is for everyone. They didn't ask you for RCMP Clearance because you never resided in Canada. ARC has nothing to with Background check because Background as whole is part of processing the application. People who require ARC they wait for an approval from case manager to get authorization to return to Canada.

Does Security check processing time varies from visa office to visa office? My file is being processed at cpc mississauga.
