They update you by email and also sent to the sponsor valid address on file or if you use a lawyer they will send to your lawyer.

yes we use lawyer for our case so they send decision letter to our lawyer only ?

Thanks. They had issue with genuineness and it took 3yrs before the court hearing and it lasted for 6hrs, but that God that is over now.

After rejection of my spousal application on 3rd of Oct 2018 I've filed appeal against the decision. With my application I had submitted Police certificates from Sweden and Denmark but since April 2016 I have not traveled outside of my home country. If my appeal is allowed will I be asked again by the cic to submit Police certificates from Sweden and Denmark? Kindly help me in clearing this confusion. thanks
