I submitted the single page. They do not accept that. They want the green booklet. You should make the green one when they ask you.

The green booklet they want the hard copy or photocopy of that? I sent a photo copy

To make the green one, you and your spouse both have to be present in Afghanistan. If you cannot go, you can make someone your legal representative and then you can make it.

Timeline similar to yours. Won appeal December got request for new medical and police record February and got asked for ARC letter and fees March 29th. Which we paid and submitted March 30th. Now waiting.

Hey soulmatestory I would like to know if they will ask me for a ACR cause my lawyer was saying they might ask for it but they ask for new medical police record from my country and updated form then last month they asked us to send in a Canadian police record since he was living here before I just pray they don’t ask for it cause I send in all the request documents in February and just the Canadian police record I send in last month what you think

they approve my appeal they asked for some documents which I already sent them now am just waiting to see if they request anymore documents but I already have received a per arrival letter

when you win the appeal also am win the appeal and rec letter may 2 but still wait for medical request did you rec the medical request .
