Hello everybody..I just have a question for people that were denied..so I can cross reference...for those who had an interview..when after the interview (how long after interview) were you informed of the denial?

They told my husband at the interveiw, but still waiting for our rejection letter (may 12)

VO returned my passport right away during interview nd my wife received letter after 6 weeks in Canada.

Two big months.

Wow, so they let everybody sit there and stew about the decision..after the interview did they keep the applicants passport?

they didnt even take my husbands.... I went to my local MP 2 days ago to have this dealt with, so she said hopefully in the next day or so she will have some answers for us about that. They play a twisted sick game in the immigration offices... a cold nasty crew they've got employeed there

I hear you there, the interview process is totally degrading! My husband was told at the interview that they didn't think our marriage was legit and that he was just using me for my money. Regardless, even if he was shouldn't that be at the spouses discretion? He is my husband and I will look after him and send him money!!!

They said the same about us, 4 years together and almost 2 years married is fake... so sad really

Almost 10 years together this coming October. Married last year and our relationship/marriage is not genuine....... Seriously???.... Really??? Hubby was told the day after his interview that hios visa was denied even tho the VO said the visa machine was broken today and that he would have to come back to get his visa later. ??? He was there for 3 hours .... then said no to his visa the next day ??? :'( They are very cruel to have put my hubby through all of that. VO Havana

wow thats terrible.....i can honestly say that after this terrible experince and after all the stories i have read, i will not ever give up and even after my husband is here beside me i will fight to the bitter end of my being to make serious changes in this pathetic immigration system! You wanna determine truth from false???? so use lie detector tests...they think they have the right to sit across from us looking over their glasses and judging.... shame shame...our lives and futures between theirs hands....HA ...we will see

paris my visa ofice gladiateur19 .I agree with you must Send a complaint to the Department of Immigration Inside in Canada Each one Canadian citizen to send a message In order to change the unjust immigration system Not just in dealing with real couples Developed countries such as Canada, there is a lot of excellence and the absence of people have responsibility working in offices visa I hope in the future the overall change in the system Not Responsible

I totally agree..I mean they let terrorist in the country easier than spouses...I agree with lie detector tests if they have a issue with questionable marriages..It's not fair for someone else to chose our fate and longtime happiness!!

We had ADR hearing on 4th June, and to day my wife received letter that our appeal has been accepted. I am in India do any one has any idea how long willl it take to process my file in delhi and grant visa.
