yes dear they acknowledged me same... and i ' m not have been refused.. have applied signature request form just to know the status of my file..
let see almost 2 weeks is passed from my end.. hoping for positive reply

You can do that online. Google online tool for cic. I enter information. Like UCI number. Last name, date of birth & country of birth. Tells me some information. Or can't you just call them?

I sent my passport to the Canadian embassy in Pos via DHL in May of 2017. Today I got an email informing me that Pos vo did not receive my passport and other documents,what steps can I take in retrieving my documents.Any help will be appreciated. ThankYou.

Have you checked the DHL tracking number to see what it says? Check if it says delivered, if not, it's lost somewhere and you need to contact DHL, if they can't find your documents, you'll most likely have to get new documents. If you paid for any sort of coverage with DHL and they truly lost your stuff, then they'll probably pay you whatever amount was in the coverage.

since my visa for india is expired...Will it be a problem if i apply in UNHCR for refugee status while my appeal is in process ?

My appeal (sponsor) was allowed and I received an approval letter. Can anyone tell me the next step. I know I have to wait for letter from Visa office. I would like to know what forms the applicant and the sponsor have to complete. Kindly let me know the forms and form number that I have to complete, so that I can prepare. And also can someone share timeline after approval.

I did go few pages back but no one has posted which updated forms have to be completed. Can you tell me the forms or if you can tell me what it states in the letter by the VO after they receive the approval from appeal division. Thanks

We got an email from ottawa. They said they received it. On June 5. On July 11 they ask for new medical. Pcc and updated forms. Basically all the PA forms are updated.
Go back to at least go back to May or June. I am pretty sure somebody post it there. That's how I knew what they would ask in advance. I don't have it written down either.

After receiving an email on Friday informing me that the Pos Vo office never received my documents. I did a follow up on my documents today,after going back and forth from office to office I found out that the documents was with Pos Vo since May the 23rd and nothing was done since my Passport was requested.I did however spoke to an officer and was told that I would hear from them this week,.,.,.,.God is great.

I received my blue book from the appeals office today. How do I know when the hearing date is?
I was angry to see that all of our proof wasn't in the blue book. Just a couple posts from our facebooks, couple pictures. Like what the heck is that? All my original proof went to that visa office and I never got it back!
