Actually, from what I have read, you want your file to be going back to the original Visa Office. That would be an indication that they have resumed processing your application. But I do remember some people saying that they were requested to send their updated forms, new medicals, and recent police check to Ottawa instead of the Visa Office. Have you received your request to renew your forms/medicals/police-check(s) yet? That usually comes two to six months after receiving your decision.

got our request for passport today ... almost exactly one year after we won the appeal

PC0827 ... there is no rhyme or reason to how CIC processes cases. Some get PPR 4 months after successful appeal, others much longer.

Be patient ... and just be happy you won the appeal

You were similarly stressed a few months ago before your hearing was postponed. Now that you've had the extra time to prepare, you should be feeling calm and confident. It's natural to be a little nervous, but don't let it undermine your preparation. Remember to take deep breaths.

I just checked my email and there's none. I hope we are one of the lucky ones to get the request next month. I had seen one also Conjugal sponsorship and from the Philippines, Mid dawn, got the visa after four months. But I'm glad we won our appeal and Good luck to all who are waiting for their decision.

Hello good people,
I was surprise to get a refusal email from avo today instead of ppr and given option to appeal.
I ll start my appeal proceedings Thursday bcos reason the office gave don't make sense to me, saying my relationship and marriage not genuine, can you imagine, almost 14 months.
I will update u as we progress in the appeal.

We won our appeal Dec 20,2016. I was wondering what forms others have been asked to complete that won their appeal.

After my wife (the applicant) had appeal allowed, she was asked to submit
Imm 0008, Imm 5406, Imm 5669, redo her medical, new police report, and copy of her passport.
Yours may be different, best to wait until asked.

Some Vo's are just mean to some applicant and kill genuine marriages.
after asking for UK PCC, Nigerian PCC, updated schedule A form, Additional family information, redo medicals and renew passport one idiot saying my marriage is not genuine, relationship of 10 years, 14 months of wait?
Well appeal will determine the true position.
That's all I will say... !
