Sorry I meant 2 months give or take after winning your appeal. So you should be hearing back from them soon.

Yea I won my appeal in October 2015 and I didn't hear back from them until January 2016 and that was when they asked for my husband to redo medical and police clearance.

In interview VO Told me that She is having some concerns , that are AGE GAPE , BACKGROUND & DEVELOPMENT OF RELATIONSHIP , She also said she will go through documents (Skype, E-mail,E-cards, Phone bills, Travel Itinerary, pics, etc.. ) that we submitted at the time of interview and then will make decision and e-mail us in 4 weeks . Guys what are your thoughts on this ?? she said she is having concerns, does it means that she told me decision(refusal) indirectly? It is refusal or what ?

i passed the adr on jan 28 and got the letter to confirm that they allowed the appeal on feb 10 now just 2 days ago i cannot access ecas with both file number and uci number

Hey Tony how are you doing..... I have to say that most of the time if a visa have so many concern with a person application after interview.... It always come out as a denial... It sure dont want to be the bearer of bad new but it dont look good on your part from what you are saying... Maybe the visa officer can have some compassion on your case to make you get a ppr after he or she review over all your documents.... Just pray and ask God to help you out but anything happen dont give up in the lord because he already know your future and God is preparing you for something greater...

Hey guys, new to this thread...been on this board for over 4 years though.
Long story short. I am sponsor and hubby is from Australia. Minor criminality in Canada.
First filed inland app...refused 2013
Second filed outland app ... refused Oct 2015
Appealed and asked for ADR ... Jan 2016
Just won appeal...Minister consented by paper hearing 2 days ago. H&C considerations!!! (We have 3 children)
After 4.5 long years...

What happens now? I keep hearing our file might go to Ottawa, or will it go to Australia?
Does it jump to the front of the queue or to the end?

Hubby is in Canada on a TRP and a Work Permit (has been for 4 years) keep extending. This current one expires mid June 2016. Which would mean I would have to apply again for a 5th extension if all of this isn't done by mid-May.

Should I send hubby for a medical and stuff or just wait for them to request it?

you mean 2 months till they request all the documents needed to upgrade your file yes? it used to be much shorter after the appeal for them to finish everything. right now in ottawa the new processing time for family reunification including after the appeal is max 17 months minus the 2 months allowable for assessment of the sponsor. some people may get it faster but this is the general processing time. i was also shocked but it is what it is..the mp can inquire but not change what is going on. the only think i think can happen is when the mp asks about the file then they actually maybe have to open it and look at it and if they feel like doing something they will. If security checks are not finished there is nothing the mp can do. security checks in america and western europe would probably be much faster than some other countries.

what's security?? and also i heard some people got help from mp and they got visa as I heard they message or call and try to talk to them I'm not sure I'm really lost but also how long is medicals and police certificate up to?

it is also called background check or security check...they pretty much check with worldwide security agencies like fbi, interpol etc. to see if the applicant was every involved in things like espionage or terrorist activities or any activities which could pose a threat to national security.

Well after I won my appeal I did not hear back from them until about 9 weeks later. The timeline I saw the most on here is 8 to 9 weeks after winning appeal.
