What does it mean when visa office asks to do medicals again? I received a request today in the mail! Does this indicate ppr is soon? I applied for my husband VIA ABU DHABI In november 2013

Refusal Letter October 7 2012 marriage not genuine
Appeal within 30 Days
Adr date November 20 2013 Won they told me ottawa
will decide to process here or sent it back to visaoffic
January 10 2014 ottawa received file
January 17 2014 additional forms pcc medical 5 months pregnant still did xrays
Sent in doc on February 7 2014
Now ecas just says application received not even processing
February 20 2014 I sented them an email saying that she only has less then 3month to fly
Just wanted to know if you guys think they will issue visa
Or should I contact mp because its been 4 years

After winning the appeal .. you don't have to pay anyone !!! Lawyer do ask that if you want they can follow up for you and charge you bucks .. but really its require.

I got my medical, pCC request from OTTAWA directly .. and submitted the same ...

Wait for CIC to respond !!!

they say in the letter that ottawa is responsible to reopen the file and continue the process

i received it by e-mail first and by post here in Canada few days later but we asked in application send all information to me here

I am new to this forum, although i have been following it for some time now, but i never had the courage to write something.

I have my full day hearing in toronto on monday.
And i really dont what to expect. My husband was refused on misrepresentation grounds.

My timeline
Oct 2011 - applied
Dec 2011- got package back (missed some spots to sign)
End of dec 2011- sent package again
Jan 2012- sponsor approved - file sent to Nairobi
Apr 2012- PPR
May 2012- fairness letter ( explain misrepresentation )
May 2012- letter + passport sent
June 2012- refusal letter + pp
July 2012- filed appeal
Oct 2012- receipt of blue
Sept 22nd 2014- full hearing

If anyone can let me know to what to expect, the hearing is going to be on genuiness of the marriage and humanitarian and compassionate grounds.
Is it really going to be from 9 to 5 pm?
Ugh i cant wait till it is all over.
Prayers for me please.

Sorry to hear about your husband's refusal. Do you have a lawyer helping you at all? If you don't mind sharing, what was the misrepresentation about?

That said, I don't know how long a hearing takes (others should be able to help) but goodluck on Monday.

It was a fraudulent police clearance.
I have a lawyer. So thats good.
But the law says 'knowingly or unknowingly' you become guilty.
Am just so nervous.
I hope everything goes well.

The fairness letter was to explain what happened, and how i am feeling after knowing that pc was fraudulent.
So yeah.
