If u hire a lawyer then he/she will prep both of u guys bfore hiring. They normally ask when u met first time n what date was ? Date of marriage ? N related to objection what they have concern on bluebook. They want to know how u guys know each other. U should know ur patners s likes n dislike .fvt food.fvt colour. Date of birth of ur patner etc etc .if u have not hire a lawyer then i suggest u tht take appointment to any good lawyer n ask him/ her. In my case my lawyer prep us n she fight with MC n give her rapid answer.

Hello vijender Rana... MC stands for minister council.. who fights against us in the court n infront of judge. Minister council is Govt lawyer .who says y not we should get visa n our lawyer who is called defence lawyer hit back to them tht y should not get visa .. hope it helps

Do we have to inform CIC about speeding,parking tickets ( from New Zealand) and what if we have some due parking fines with ministry of justice ?

Hi nomaan78 .Yeah i ve noticed about webside .many changing r there.
Can u plz help me tht i ve change my e mail id n have to tell also to embassy . Bcuz my old one id is closed due to hotmail isue .so whst should i do ??? My lawyer suggest me tht i do inform them via regular mail or courier .
Previouly when i e mailed them my home adress then they didnt take notice so when i went for interview at embassy then i gave them my home adress then they changed on the file... im much worried tht if they dont change again my e mail then if they send me medical n pcc on wrong adress then what im gonna do . :'( :'(

hi guys i need asmall help from u all... after my interview the officer said that if we want any documents we will let u knw or we will tell our decision.. after 5 days of our interview my Ecas changed to decision made... here what i worry about is i did my med in oct 2012 so as heard it expired in a year.. they havent asked for re meds.. and my passport is with them.. my lawyer said that they cic has authority to extend medicals upto 2 years..

what should i expect its a goood news or bad.. m still waiting for passport..

Hi saniali. U can expect anything from embassy after interview. But if visa officer kept ur passport then might be u can hear good news soon with visa stemp.. ;D

Hi there, I am curious how long on average the appeal takes and if ADR still exists?

My lawyer claims that ADR in Vacounver office is non-existant

Me and my wife got refused on 28th of april, on grounds that she is older than me and we married 3 days prior to my leave from Canada (we lived together for 2.6 years with all supporting proof (lease agreements, credits, bank accounts etc) prior to our marriage).

We just had a really opinionated officer. She is devastated but I am not losing hope.

We filed the appeal yesterday June 2nd.We lived in Manitoba, so ur appeal goes to Van-city.

Does it usually mean faster appeal process than Toronto area?

Any idea how many days embassy wil take time to send medical n pcc ????? Another question is when file will transfer to cic after winning appeal ??? Im too much worried plz guide me .

hey hina the judge told me in oral on feb 10th that I won my appeal.. 2nd week of april I got the written decision ...then I called cbsa they told me that they send my file back to the visa post 25th of april as of now I haven't heard anything from them..don't know how long more we have to wait........

oh girl same boat is rite tell me about it it will be 4 months since I won my appeal and I haven't heard nothing as of yet..my mp send an e-mail for an update they responded saying they haven't received my file yet... :'( :'( :'( this is a painful situation why these people still making us wait like this? ??? ??? don't know how long it will take more? :-X our 4 year anniversary will be in 4 months hope we can celebrated in Canada.... 8) pray for us and im praying for u As well..keep me updated
