Yes that is another painful part beside waiting... the whole lot of my money is plugged in my account since i filed my application and i can;t use it for investment or i can;t up grade my car or can't give some gifts to my wife. ...
Anyways, i will keep money with me to Canada (when i will get immigration) to support myself and my dependents in Saskatchewan until i get a suitable job.

I am going to apply for Nomination Certificate in Saskatchewan in the next week. My cousin is assisting me as Supporting Family Member.

As four-members family I require to show 16K CAD. I gave my account statement with my application showing 24K CAD. Can I use some amount from here keeping constant 16K CAD always as a Balance?
How long normally I takes to get a nomination?

AOA shadow, Welcome to the page, its good to know you are applying for SINP. your panel information is showing that you have applied for FSW. FSW is just more painful then PNP. Regarding account. there is no harm using your account for transaction of money, even if you use around 20% of required money (in your case C$16K), no harm in it, but you must keep the required money (in your case C$16K) when they will ask for updated bank statement. other then 16K, you are absolutely free to use.

Provincial Nominee.....Normally after applied at London it will take normally 4-5 month than Medical and after one month-two month of Medical you will get PPR 45 days than PPR2 after 15-30 days you will get your Passports back with the magic Stamp...Thanks

Absolutely its normal, nothing to worry about. Mine status had remained "Application received" for 3 months after application submission and now its "In process" since 9 months...

Approximately 42,000 to 45,000 PNP Immigrants have been granted PR in 2011, the number will remain the same this year too. In 2010, this quota was 37,000 to 40,000,
out of these quota SINP issued 4185 immigrant status in 2010 and 4000 in 2011. If number remains the same in 2012 then will be hearing nominations in March,2012 as most of us have applied before mid of 2011.

When did your friend apply for SINP?

for everyone's information, i contacted SINP by email asking them regarding updates in my file and expected time period for the nomination, they replied this "the application is in process. I do not know when you can expect nomination. thank you". This is how they reply and talk to their clients.

One of our friend here in forum is waiting for 16 months for nomination, this is really unfair. So, after reading his timeline of 16 months, i have prepared and set my mind for longer now, otherwise i was hoping nomination this month...
