Current list of SINP applications since 1st jan 2011

Step 1 = Step one is the first part of your application procedure where you send application to Provincial Government. Their are various
processing steps involved in Provincial part of application. Successful applicants, after approval, receive Letter of Acceptance
(i.e nomination Letter)

Step 2 = After Step one approval, you file your application to respective Visa Office that serves your country of nationality. Visa Office
processing also include various procedural steps including security, criminality and medical checks. After successfully
completing all the steps you are issued visa to land safely to Canada.

I guess I submitted this form when I first applied for SINP at Regina, Saskatchewan in June, 2011.

SINP-100-1 is Skilled Workers Category Application... this is the main application and you must have submitted it when you filed your application... i don't know why they are asking this main application form what they have said in email..?

ya. true. but they asked again.

Look at the form carefully. On first page, on bottom left corner, it says the form has updated on November, 2011.

What u say? For that reason, They might say it..

but I am still worried as this is the main form, they shouldn't ask again.

yes all the forms and information is updated on November 2011 including procedural guideline but this is undated just in view of CIC change that after nomination we have to submit application to CIO not to CHC... I don't think there is anyother change in the form please compare this with the previous... and chrisemo has got nomination under skilled worker and have not got this form update request... but if they have asked this form just fill in again and submit... is it possible to submit via email by attachment or it is compulsory to submit via courier or mail...?

are you applying within Canada.. ?

I have applied from outside Canada so i think i will not get work permit letter.. is that right.. ?

I am outside Canada too. You get a work permit letter if you have a job there.
Still have to do the full application for a work permit but with no LMO necessary.

i mean previously it would be "in process" now what it shows if you have log in
