Well, if by aramex then he should be able to track who received the package, that's it. There's your confirmation.

I told him the same.. and he tracjed they deliver it but i am talking about the acknowledgement from EMbassy that they have recieved the application.... and do one get CLient Id or any number from embassy for futue crospondence???

Guys, i tracked through online tracker of aramex, it showsmthey received on 27th march ... Till now no reply ... I emailed them twice last week , no reply as well ...

Yes you are right they take 4-6 weeks plus 20 days more for the people having nationality of the country mention.. mostly south asians....

Today I went to Abudhabi Embassy and submit my application.....

and the good thing which I found is that communication Id is ur passport number which they write on the payment reciept which i made.... i ask them how i can communicate with you,... she said it will take 4-6 weeks to get in process for ur application and u can communicate on the id which we write there and that was my own passport number....!!!!!! Hope it will help...... If they recieve ur papers its fine
In Abudhabi Embassy the situation was

first there was a security check and they see ur papers also if u are coming to submit your application..
then a small recieption.. that guy reshaffle ur application and put the validate bar code page in the front and then give u a token number of ur turn.. once u call on counter 7 they see ur papers are they cmplete then they put them in a big plastic bag all the applications which u submit like for family spouse togather,..... tehn they ask u to sit for a while then payment counter call u and ask to make a payment...... on the payment they place an id which is exactly ur Passport number!!!! Hope it will relax u guys and help... and i hope for the best.. i was expecting to many people there but there were only 10-12 people around.. so i finsih quickly!!!!!! it took me 30 minutes!!!! Now my finger are crossed praying for my visa!!

Yes passport number is a crospondence number..... Nadia i think ur Consultant paid ur fees they pay fees online or physically at the embassy????

if 6 weeks are already passed call ur consultant and make his life miserable otherwise he will remin calm...... I am telling u the truth.... ask him to follow up and also give us all the information regarding the corespondence!!!!

You can email the embassy and write ur passport number in enquiry...... Your consultant paid your processing fees online or Physically?? if Physically ask from him your payment reciept?

Hey Tomsware are u indian or paki living in qatar?? I am not sure bout online enquiry but WHat they told me that my passport number is the ID.... if u are the main applicant ur passport will be Id and u can write an enquiry to them regarding this including ur passpord number the date they recieve your parcel.. if u can online see the tracking result tae a screen short of that page or if u can make a jpeg attach it with ur email ur passport number and ask about the update...

But for me they reply... 1st time after 2 days 2nd time after 4 and third time after a week...

you email them on the number I mention now because case specific enquiry email is this!! which i mention now!!

My consultancy has sent them a mail on 2nd april but no reply. Yesterday another mail was sent to them no reply.
