I have got refusal letter the said,

you have obtained insufficient points to qualify for permanent residence in canada, the minimum requirement being 67 points. please note, you did not provide sufficient proof of residency for your relative in canada. a copy of a permanent resident card establishes that your relative has received permanent residence, but does not satisfy that your relative resides in canada. terefore,no point have been awarded for relative in canada under adaptability. as such, you have not obtaned sufficient point to satisfy me that you will be able to become economically established in canada.

can i appeal?

Hi

See if you have not provided any documents showing that your relative is residing in Canada then appeal wont do anything but yes you can appeal and it takes 1 yr to get a decision, the best option for you now is too request the visa officer to open your case again and accept the documents which you didnt provide before considering if your relative is really residing in Canada.

Requesting the visa office is quicker and cheapest if you appeal it will cost you money plus it takes 1 yr to get a decision.

Hi Amber

Once decision is made there is no refund, refund is only given when you withdraw your application before a decision is made.
