hello C and fkl today I again got refusal for my trv it was 4th repusal in 4 5 years ahhahahahah I have good busnies got visa of diffenrt country and visited many of them included Europe they objected about my purpose of visit and length of stay which was clearly mentioned in my invitation letter and forms also I think they donot rad papaers ahahahahah I think this time I should apply for gscm notes and one have any idea what to do kindly tell me thanks
I am sorry to hear that. Without knowing what you wrote - it is impossible to make a comment. But it does not mean CIC didn't read that. It means they are not satisfied with your mentioned intent.demme343 said:

thank you fkl .I am genuine visitor I donot want to live there because I donot like life of that countries I told you I visted many countries. How can prove my purpose of visit as my real brother is there with family and he is citizen and he went there in 2007 through immigrant visa.how can I prove I am real this was my 4th attemept in last5 years ahahhaha I have good busnies in Pakistan and China .I am applying for gsmc notes but dose it help?if yes what should I do .best regards.

Ordering notes would help because mostly they contain precise reason of refusal. Often you won't know what is wrong with your profile and just seeing its mention would help. So basically when you apply the next time, you try addressing what is mentioned in notes.
Showing details of established business (i.e. which looks worthy of returning to Pak to CIC) would help.
Also a more justified reason for going there rather than may be just for vacation would help e.g. for a business interaction with a client who writes a letter to support it or to attend a conference etc. might be a way. Beyond that i can't really comment without seeing GCMS notes. But i would guess they would have picked one strong reason for refusal and all subsequent reasons would say something like "no change in circumstances"

I am from pakistan and I am planning to apply for a TRV along with my wife. Can any expert please answer my following questions?
1) If me and my wife will get a TRV, then after reaching canada can I search for jobs ( I have my relatives in canada)?
2) For how many days the Visa officer will issue the TRV? Is it valid for 3 months, 6 months or for what time duration?
3) Medical is required for both me and for my wife if we plan to stay for less than 6 months?
Kindly answer my queries so that I will proceed further.

1. You can sure search for a job. But the employer has to apply and get you an LMO after which you will have to apply for work permit at Canadian Embassy Islamabad. They don't process work permit applications of people being on visit visa status in Canada IN SIDE Canada. You have to be on some other legal status - study or already on work permit to apply for wp inside Canada.
2. It is usually for 6 months stay and has a date by which you have to make entry. However, this was the case for SINGLE entry trv. Until early this year, you had the option to apply for Single entry (75 CAD) vs multiple entry (150 CAD). It is no longer true and all trvs are now multiple entry (100 CAD). A multiple entry could be valid for quite several years possibly up to your passport expiry. Usually with a work permit they give you multiple entry trv for as long as wp is valid.
3. Medical is not a routine requirement for visit visa. There might be exceptions which i am not sure of. But it is not mandatory as for work or study permit.

Dear fkl thank you for your help I have applied for gsmc notes .I don't know why VO donot see me as genuine visiter to meet my real brother.i think it is real that you want to meet your brother as he canot come to Pakistan he canot get holidays from his job.

Should I count my days from the date I applied online or from the date I gave my biometric?

Gave biometric on 12 may
I gave my biometric v late because I had to travel to another country to give my biometrics. I'm just worried because its taking so long..should I count the days from the day i gave biometric?

Is it true thatif they want to reject the application they do it right away?
Abu Dhabi timeline is 21 days..I told them I want to visit Canada only for one month 31 may to 1 July..since I still haven't relieved any reply doe sth at mean that they might reject it cz they don't hav enough time to process it?

I dont know how it affects timelines since bio metrics added. Rejections generally come in sooner. But it does not mean they cant come late. Though they are more likely to come sooner than latter. CIC usually does not help much keeping in view your travel plans - specially if you were not able to take bio metrics in time.APAK said:

I appreciate your situation but unfortunately having a real brother there is treated as a negative tie and intention to see him for purely visit purpose is not a very plausible situation in view of CIC specially from Pakistan. They simply don't care about his inability to come to Pakistan. It is just not their problem. They are likely to believe you would over stay with him illegally. Thanks to our fellow brothers from home - these situations have happened far too often to make them believe otherwise i.e. sooo many people specially Pakistanis have done this that if you were in CIC shoes, you would probably think the same way.demme343 said:
Like i said before, strong ties to home country (having a established business there which needs you to be back there AND SHOWING THAT ON PAPER) might help. So would having a good travel history. Also GCMS notes would tell you the precise details of rejection. However, at the end of the day all of these factors are taken into account by the visa officer in making a decision and this is not unique to Canada. Pretty much same procedure applies to US as well.
Things would have been a lot better if there weren't sooo many Pakistanis dying to go out of country even if they could find illegal means. I am not saying at all that it's your intention. But unfortunately CIC cannot tell the difference and have a general set criteria based upon which they make their decisions.
I know its frustrating - i have been there too. But that is how it is.
Once you get the notes, please post those here, along with details of what you submitted. I would try to advise as much as possible so you have a better chance. At any rate, don't apply too soon. Although there is no time restriction, quick successive applications make it look like you are too eager to go - one way or the other. That is the best i could suggest.

again very thank you for your kind advice and sharing .I have good business which I showed them in papers you are right I don't want to live there but Canadian VO treats all Pakistanis in same eye. I have traveled Europe and still have multi entry visit visa for UK with good travel history of other countries also .but as you said I will wait for notes and then see what they say and what was wrong in it .And I don't know why people want to go illegal and over stay there Our country has good opportunities my brother migrated he was not interested I applied for him and paid all dues ahahha now his one son is doing engineering and other is doing criminology and daughter will now join medical in Canada but he still wish to come back to Pakistan for settlement.
