In response to your queries, Yes I am married and have a child only. I work for multinational company in managerial position and my monthly salary is more than PKR 200k. I provided them the payslip too. However I expense out most of my income in tuition and personal business. I have my personal IT business but I didn't disclosed in my application. Its worth to mention that business license is not on my name, I registered it on my cousin name due to conflict of interest with my current employment. I am also MBA student in international university and I stated them the same in my application. I provided them my professors recommendation letters too. I have 8 years of professional experience.

If 2 days training course dosent work, what would be the other options for purpose of visit. I just want to visit canada and enjoy for a month or less. What about English learning programs for 6 weeks in canadian universities or colleges, but that would be personal not official.

Very well then probably most of the reasons that i thought of possibly are out of scope i.e. you have family here, making a fine living and are experienced. I really don't think spending in tuition or otherwise has any impact. Then mainly i think the cause is the purpose of visit itself.

Immediately applying again might appear too much after the cause, specially without a very legitimate reason. I think you should delay this thing a while and make a more substantial case, but not one like attending an english language course in my opinion.

If you have a reasonable travel history, simply planning a vacation while you have saved up some sufficient funds to finance that might be a good idea viewing your over all profile in my opinion.

Lastly, waqar also pointed out some things out of which i mainly think the relevance of the course vs your job might be a primary factor.

Applied 31 july 2013 approved TRV 6 september 2013.

They rejected her trv for the same reasons
home ties/travel history
end of my hopes ...
applied on 16 july
application refused 1 sep
tcs received 14 sep

Can anyone suggest me after how long I should reapply?
Should I apply online or paper application?


Very frustrating situation indeed...

I will say apply after 2 months.first apply gcms notes.in that vo explain more why he refuse the application. Yhat way u can fix the reasons. May this thing help u.if u apply gcms now it will take 1 month to get it.I will say apply online application next time.

Its very sad to hear the TRV rejection.
Always remember that there is no fix time span needed to reapply for any visa for any country until unless the VO Ban for reapply which is very rare.
You should reapply when there is a significant change in circumstances e.g. birth of a kid , new job, or so.
Also kindly tell me if u had applied online or paper based.

Hi, How come the TRV rejection remarks from VO are written in the GCMS notes. I never heard anything like that. My hubby applied for his TRV from Singapore and he got rejected with the reason '' family ties in Canada' . But we didnt apply our case till that time. We had the refusal letter and it shows the UCI no and also a application no starting from V*********. Can we use this info to get his GCMS notes for his Temp Resident Case. In that case can I apply for his GCMS notes for that TRV refusal case or he can apply himself.
Kindly reply soon as we also want to reapply for TRV next month. Thanks

it was paper based
my wife recently started a job in sep
so we didn't submitted her job letter before
may b it shows her home ties
And on this basis we can apply for multiple entry as well
do u think it is a kind of change in circumstances?

Recently started job again raises flags if considered a helpful tool in reapplying. Infact wait would be better if there is nothing changed significantly.
Did you apply for single or multiple entry this time???

Today I got 3 years TRV with multiple entries by the help of Allah.

Waqar Ahmad I really respect your suggestions and guidance which were remarkable in my case.

My timeline was from 29th June 2013 to 14th Sep 2013
Note: My application was paper based and sent by TCS.
