Hi guys... im new on this Forum and obviously has a lot in my mind just like others. Im sure senior members like Ume Rayan and others can help me in this thread. I am planning to submit my application through online tool very soon but there are some confusions and queries in my mind which i am sure senior members in this thread can answer.

Well.... here it goes.

1. How many family members a person can sponsor at a time?

Ans is: A Manitoba resident can sponsor one whole family at a time family includes husband wife and children

. Do we have to send separate documents/application to CIO after it's approved from MPNP or MPNP will transfer our online application info to them?

Ans is : We have to send a whole application package to CIO after approval with the nomination letter on top along wid the processing fee,..they will not transfer out app to CIO.

3. Is bachelor's degree/graduation a for this program? what if a person is intermediate (high school equivalent) and still score 65 points?

Manitoba offers minimum elegibility criterea for family stream where an intermediate can also apply with enough expreience of job plus visit the web link for any confusion and detremine your eligiblity
link is http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-who.asp

4. What kind of family tree should we attach in documents? Is it family tree form IMM 1411 or NADRA certified family tree?

family tree is not the only way to prove ur relatoion ..in case of real siblings birth certificates nadra B forms, educational certificate with same fathers name can be a proof..well a proper certified proof from national organisation like NADRA is acceptabel..nothng else in caseof family stream.
5
. Could some body please explain the whole process step-by-step, like what would happen after i submit the file online?

1. File number will be sent thru e mail
2. e mail to supporter will be sent by MPNP for SP2 submission
3. Aor(not necassary will be recieved for the acknowdgement of SP2
4. interview of ur supporter by MPNP
5. LOA..I.A wil b recieved.
this whole process may take 5-6 months

AOA WRWB
according to my poor knowledge
1. One sponsor can sponsor only one family at a time when this family became successfully establish there then next family]

2. You have to follow CIO latest check list for docs, the can amend this check list without prior notice.[our permission]

3. I dont know

4. It can be FRC 'family registration certificate' by NADRA birth certificates and CNIC's of family to prove relationship Nikah nama. Any thing according to situation.

5 First submit your file then go in these details because if you think that you are eligible then APPLY before they change, amend or close that catagory.

Re: All Pakistani PNP Applicants submitted file @ CIO in 2012

Well thank you so much for your answers anabia and moosejaw... it has been a great help. Perhaps my first question wasn't that clear. Well my Uncle (Mammoo) lives in Manitoba, so can he sponsor more than 1 family at a time as per MPNP? he's already thinking of sponsoring 2 families and i'll be the 3rd family so is that possible?

Hello,
Actually I want to know that after getting file number is there any way or tool to check the progress or something like that??

File number from MPNP or CHC, London?

If you got file number from MPNP(or any other PNP) then, No you cannot track your application status.

If you got file number from London Visa Office starting with B------- then, yes you can access via E-Cas.

JAZAK' ALLAH :)

Here are your answers:

1: One applicant at a time.

2: Yeah we need to submit separate forms, documents, Bank draft etc to CIO, Nova Scotia. I'm sure provinces do provide our initial info to Visa officer.

3: If you got 60+ points, you are eligible to apply.

4: You need to submit all birth certificates to prove relationship. Its better to get "Family Registration Certificate" from NADRA. In General stream, there is no need to prove relationship as a friend can sponsor you.

5: Following are the steps:

a: You'll get File number
b: Sponsor will be asked to submit Settlement plan 2 & few documents
c: They can request you to submit missing documents if there is any
e: Sponsor's Interview
f: LOA(Nomination letter).

My dear brother

Keep one thing in mind. PR immigration requires lots of patience & patience & patience. Patience will make this process easier for you.

We are here to help each other but its also true that we all have busy lives, Hectic jobs, Household stuff, etc etc. I try my best to reply back as soon as possible but sometimes its impossible to take some time out.

I learned a lot just by doing lots of research all by myself & forum is best place to do so. You need to check out previous posts of all MPNP forums & I'm sure it will clear all your doubts.

Wish you all the best.

Usually people get "Medical received" after 1 month of medical but I got it after 5 months. So whenever New Delhi inform your VO about your Medical received, they'll update your E-Cas.

But this status has nothing to do with PPR-1. They'll take same time even after updating E-Cas. like now a days PPR-1 is taking 4-5 months.

Our medicals are sent to New Delhi. New Delhi will ask for further tests if they found some complication in your reports.

I hope it helps.
