I want to know, from where I cash it? From bank or from money exchanger?

my educational docums are already attedsted except my birth certf.Do u have any suggestion 4 it? Secondly should i get copy of my passport attested?

they need original educational documents in university sealed envelope. if your university doesn't issue 2nd set of originals only then you can attest them from higher education commission islamabad and write that thing in a cover letter.
copy of passport does not need to be attested.
also original birth certificate is needed.
