Hi all
I sent mail to the Minister ten days back and received automated acknoledgment. All applicants wating from last one year should send seprate email to the Minster. It will work inshallah

good work. have you received any reply from minister. do post here if you receive any reply from him

thx

No i just received automated acknowledgment from minister office, according to which, they will reply within 10 to 30 working days. let us hope for the best and all applicant should send seprate email to the Minister. They are really discriminating with pakistani applicants and we should record our protest at minister office and it will not effect processing of our applications any way.

Its very common perception that writing some thing to the minister will effect the processing of the case. So i want to clear, it will not any way effect the processing of the case

ok do it. have you changed the contents of email and subject. buddy don't write subject as discrimination. it looks really awful.

you can choose subject as "Justice Please"

all pakistani applicants who are waiting for more than one year, please send email to the Minister, Immigration and record your protest about discrimination and keeping cases in dormant.

They are not all from ksa, some r from bahrain, uae, kuwait. The common thing between all of them, being a pakistani. By the way, I came to know them on these forums. (trackitt, immigration.ca, canadavisa).

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your enquiry.

As of April 1, 2010, applications for permanent residence under the Economic categories for citizens or residents of Pakistan will be processed by our office in London, UK. The economic categories are comprised of Federal skilled Workers, Federal Investors, Self-Employed, Entrepreneurs, Provincial Nominees and Quebec-selected Permanent Workers and Business People. Although Islamabad will continue processing a few applications that are close to completion, the majority are being transferred to London. The file transfer of existing permanent residence applications under the Economic categories is currently underway.

Your application has been transferred and will be processed in London, please be advised that our office will contact you when we are in a position to begin processing your application. Please wait until this time before providing any new information relating to changes in your personal circumstances, additional dependents, new employment, education or new identity documents.

At this point, it is too early to tell what the new processing times will be for these cases in London. We regret that we cannot provide a schedule for the assessment of files and that our office cannot provide status updates at this time.

Our office sends immigration decisions and information requests by post or email to the mailing address or email address provided in the application. Therefore, it is important that our office be notified immediately of any change of address or email address. Please also notify us if you would like to withdraw your application. For all other updates, wait until you are contacted by our office.

We thank you for your patience during this transition period and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.
Yours sincerely,

Hello to all applicant
with respected

I am reading different another sites and forum, Canada discourage immigration system.
Canadian High commission have ability to resolve with in few months backlog cases in all over world canadian embassies.
but canadian govt nothing take interest.

if you see previous cases history , applicant wait from seven year 2nd AOR.
I think seven years very meaning for every person.

I think all country two to three person receive medicle or 2nd AOR, we all applicant think, next day my applicant.
Reality is different
CHC London nothing take interest backlog cases
