I believe this should be handled by Pakistan Govt. Govt. shall seek explanation as to why the pakistan applicants are facing delays.

I completely agree with you brother. Thats exactly what I mean, as BALOO said 25 e-mail may not make effect, But if we send e-mail to
our ministery, than it may work, and expain that why we Pakistani particularly not getting same rights for example Indian ministry intervent
when student racism issue arised in Australia and it works even Indian foreign minister personally visited Australia to solve that issue. we shoud recommend
our minister to solve this problem

secondly our image is not that good in international society as some one said in this thread, so we try to support modern and modest government in Pakistan.

but ultimetely I am with you guys, what ever majority think is right.

Oh bhai, why we relate every problem to our government. They have nothing to do with it, yes descrimination internationaly is a different issue but giving immigration they cannot intervene in this.

As far as sending an e-mail to the Minister it's all upto everyone, if they think sending such an e-mail won't do anything then don't send and if you think your voice should be heared than do. I think most of the people are to scared to send the e-mail because they think negative action may be taken against their application.

yaar simple si baat hey, ya to chup chap baith kur khood ko bura kehta raho ya jawab mango, even if don't get the answer you have tried to to get the answer to your question.

Allah SWT farmatey hain zulm sehna bhi gunah hey.

My dear friend this is nothing to do with government. If you ask Pakistani government first of all they won't reply you and in case they reply they gonna tell you its none of their business, its external matter and should be dealt with canadian authorities......

Sorry FOLKS, I may be a misfit in this thread as I did not apply from Pakistan, however, I am a Pakistani and applied from KSA. I have come across quite a few Pakistanis who got the PPR in the last and this month and few of them also got their visas. I believe it is perhaps to do with the folks applying from within Pakistan and not being a Pakistani. I applied in May of 2007 and waiting for the PPR till today.

I hope that things will be good ensallah for all of us. As far as raising this issue to the government is concerned, it would bear no fruit as our government is not facilitating some very basic of diplomatic needs for Pakistanis abroad let alone Pakistanis in Pakistan. Pakistan government mandated the MRP *Sorry FOLKS, I might be a misfit in this thread as I did not apply from Pakistan, however, I am a Pakistani and applied from KSA. Pakistani government mandated the any new passport would MRP(machine readable), however, it only extended to the major cities in ksa. I live in a prominent city of ksa and a consulate comes here every 15 days, but it is now for three months that they stopped issuing passport and insisting people to come to either Riyadh or Jeddah. In my place, Riyadh is 400 KM an Jeddah is 1300 KM. You can imagine how difficult it is to go this distance to have your passport renewed and then it won't be the same day. The urgent passport will take minimum 10 if not more.

Just sharing an example of Pakistani government comforting people.

There wont b a mutual agreement as no one will be sharing the file numbers and names necessary for such an email. Automated reply always comes whenever you send any e mail to the minister. It simply says that your e mail will not be replied if it is related to immigration.

I am on PDA and cant copy paste the whole text but i ll do so when I ll be able to access the PC.
Anyway we cant do anything except for an online protest to topple the CIC regime :D

Salman

mutual agreement means how and when to send email and the format of email. it wasn't to share every one's file number, names or personal data.

there is no need to copy , paste that email now.

chill and relax now..........

Please note that if you want application status information or to change your address, you may do so using our online services. Case status enquiries and change-of-address requests are not handled via the Minister's e-mail address.

I agree, we should send e mails to immigration minister of canada, but content should not be aggressive, it should be convincing, like saying that this is hurting your reputation

Hi all
I sent mail to the Minister ten days back and received automated acknoledgment. All applicants wating from last one year should send seprate email to the Minster. It will work inshallah
