This is great IDEA, I am regular visiter of this forum, I want to comment little bit on this

I want to tell you guys one story

there were so many student studying in one of the university In Australia.According to some students,
University are keep failing "INTENTIONALLY" students. Than students gathered and went to immigration department and complain against
university about doing such things, and student demand immigration department to go there and tell theme that they have to change their policy regarding pass and fail the students. you know what answer they got ??.

they said that you guys are not citizen of Australia, so you can not force/advise us to change the policy, this is our country and we will decide about policy, if you do not like our system than go to your country and study there.

brothers, find out a problem why WE ???? not others

need to think lot of points that what should be in the letter.

Dear All
I respect your emotions and desperation but be realistic and think with resposibility and maturity .I am afraid sir we being pakistani have no enjoyable reputition in intenational community (Please no comments on reasons of this :) so consequently we are facing a lot of background checks/security hazards. It is undoubtedly true that some discriminating attitude is there so I suggest to approach individually to minister whether through mail or e-mail and there is no need for collective letter or protest to exhibit aggression .

i think only names and time lines are enough what you think

well, i don't think so that we should reveal our names / time lines here. my idea is to send one common email by every Pakistani applicant from their own personal email. .

here we all have to be honest with ourselves, and will need to send the email positively.

this will be effective if old applicants support this call.

then format of email will be same for all applicants, is it good thing, i think every applicant should include the list of all applicants to support each other.........

i think one applicant should write on behalf of all applicants and send the email with list of all applicants

would any old applicant like to come here and join the list so an email can be sent.

thanks

Hi,

I believe it is of no use for such practice, they deliberately lingering on Pakistany applicants, I have already sent such grievences to honurable minister but his office didn't bother to reply, what a apathy!

i will advise to all fellows do open up your options, time is the most precious resource anyone can have, utilize it wisely.

Cheers! :)

I will suggest that our email should be the same which can be posted here by anyone who can draft it and then same should be sent by everybody through his own email account. By this they will come to know that this is a joint effort. Its just a suggestion.

thats right. guys i draft the letter and post it here then every body can send it through their emails. i also propose we should send him a written letter as well so he can't ignore and realise this is a serious matter. it only costs few hundred rupees to send the letter by post.

as soon as i prepare i will post here and you people can then make changes if you like

thx

Nice idea! You can post the Draft here, we all will have a collective look at it and propose any amendments if required, all the individual applicants can write their full names; dob; file numbers etc and forward it via personal email to the concerned authorities.

Co-operation of any kind is requested from Old Applicants.

Email Subject. Urgent query

Dear Honourable Minister Kenny,

Put your details here
Name
DOB
Address
File NO.

I am taking this opportunity to write to you regarding the long tiring wait that has been faced by many Pakistani applicants for a long time. Sir, I applied for FSW program on “put date here” and it has been almost “put time here” years / months that there is no decision on my application. Sir, if you compare Pakistani applicants with any other nationality you would observe that its only us that have been singled out. The reasons given for these delays are so called lengthy security / back ground checks.

Sir, many of us have sacrificed other good career options just in favour of Canada as we think your great country Canada is the best place in the world to go and settle down. Our family lives have been affected badly and many of us are now suffering from depression and anxiety but this long wait is not coming to end.

I therefore request your highness to please look into the matter and give instructions to visa offices to start issuing visas to Pakistani applicants.

We will highly appreciate your co-operation and consideration.

Hope to hear from you soon and thanking you in anticipation.

Kind Regards
Your name
