I wanted to see if we could register everyone in this forum who applied to citizenship from Ottawa in October. This would be beneficial in keeping track of updates on our applications!

You are lucky. Ottawa office is very quiet recently regarding the test invites for the October applicants.

According to the spreadsheet they are issuing the IPs for November and December, but nothing for the October- nor IP, nor TI.

Thanks for keeping this thread alive people! I applied and my app was delivered on oct 16. Got AOR on Jan 29 of this year. Very anxious about the next steps but it looks like things are very slow. Can everyone else kindly post their details so we get an idea of the longevity of the steps?

My time line

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on October 16, 2017.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on November 10, 2017.
3. We started processing your application on December 11, 2017.
4. We sent you a notice on January 9, 2018 to appear and write the citizenship test on February 1, 2018 at 1:15 PM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

No line for dm but main screen says decision made. I got dm next day after test
