When they requested my parents PCC and travel form, I had 3 documents listed under required documents. I emailed them as well as uploaded them in My CIC. It may be different if you got generic email!

Hello, When you log into My CIC, select your linked application, on top it says view submitted application or upload supporting documents and in there, most probably you will see list of required documents and space to upload documents. Let me know how it goes!
